I wore Al Haramain Amber Oud Gold Edition to work last week and I got 2 compliments! Literally one lady ran after me to tell me that I smelled SO GOOD!
Is it just me ? But it doesn’t project on me at all

I actually never had a compliment on my perfumes and I go out all the time 😅 I got a compliment two times I wore amber oud out ! Bearing in mind I do have a good few niche expensive perfumes!
Mix it with Zara vibrant leather for her. You’ll be chased even more. Especially during winter.

Have you tried the Casablanca Parfum? I didn't know it exists. I went into the Swiss Arabian store this past weekend to try something else, Valencia which is in the same range. The sales associate showed me the Edp and Parfum versions of both Casablanca and Valencia. On paper you can't tell the difference between the Edp and Parfum versions. But on skin the Parfum is a lot more punchy and lasts about 12 hrs on the skin. (By the way, Valencia smells just like Creed Aventis for Her).

Very true dear a compliments feel good I also get compliment when I'm out on the road I get compliments on my wigs from woman asking where did I bye the wig from also I get compliments on my style of dressing from guys also people on the train and bus or when I'm walking on road someone will come up too me and say what they like that looks good on me I will be like oh thx you I get compliments coz I like to be different then like everyone else and people see that when I'm on the road from my style coz your styles says everything about you ask a posn.

I only get complimented when I'm using up decants of things I don't particularly like; the most basic-b fragrances are the one the general public like on me whereas the expensive, beautifully constructed ones I myself adore and am addicted to spraying and snorting get nuthin' but crickets. And none of them are particularly challenging compositions either, so I'm not sure what the olfactory sandbag is when it comes to complimentary responses. Who wouldn't respond favourably to Le Chypre du Nil by Ciro worn in early summer?! No compliments for that but if I wore a similar style of drugstore fragrance instead, women will compliment THAT. It's really strange. I think it depends on the kind of people one circulates amongst; if you're around culturally unsophisticated folks then of course anything that smells like Black Opium or a Jo Malone fragrance will go down well. In closing, the compliments I get for smelling like a generic drugstore are bittersweet. I'd rather people complimented me for the really gorgeous fragrances I own and wear. I couldn't care less that some yokel likes the smell of Bouquet de Hongrie by BDK...because it smells like Marc Jacobs Daisy of course. I wonder if anybody relates?
