Seeing as Fate started as a visual novel eroge it would not surprise me, or the fact that so many of the Grand Order artist are doujin artist i would not be surprised.

i recommend getting Qooapp it hosts anime games that are not available in your country. I'm from the Uk aswell and i can tell you that FGO is worth a causal play just try not to get hooked on the Gacha like i did since i gained so much Overconfidence after pulling Gilgamesh (Archer) from the Thanksgiving event and my next pull didn't go as planned.
