- Battlefield 2042 Rush mode is very fun on the new map although I think it needs a couple of tweaks! Leave a LIKE and a comment, thanks for watching. Playing with @Stodeh and tryharding with the K30.
It feels like whenever Jack plays BF, he plays against clueless bots.

@@illfrostty I was just playing bfv and was getting a sniping killstreak and and I am not a good shot so it was special. next round I decide to rush and get absolutely clapped.
Depends what time of the day you play. I've noticed at night time I tend to find more sweats than any other time during the day.

I played Rush months ago with my friend and he’s new to Battlefield and was loving it. Rush is fun on this game. He said to me why is it timed?! It should be all the time. I feel that way too it should be permanent.
Battlefield is Rush in my opinion. No other mode in FPS comes close
I think right now is on a timer since there's a smaller active player base than BFV, so they wouldn't be able fill all the game modes if they just kept them

Yes. They should replace Conquest 128 Playlists with Rush 32 Playlists. We all know 128 doesn't work and Rush is the strongest game mode in the franchise. Accept it, DICE. Just accept it.
Why timed on rush? Because this game is not Battlefield in its core. Rush was only based on tickets

Thats why the Sundance scattergrenade isn't OP and can be countered.
Plus it was weak af after launch. You couldn't even kill infantry, bc everbody could easily Run away.. but it was designed to do so in first place
@@jackfrags there is a very specific sound when it happens and also you can see that your grenades are destroyed mid air creating a little spark.
I enjoyed the duo push gameplay. You and Stod are a great team!

My uncle is a bf vet and he always complained that the maps were too big and that bf3 did it perfectly.

They could do it if they pull their head out of their ass and create a good flowing map and make game modes that conform well with the map all while having a big player count and big maps.
Yeah, and I’m a fan of massive maps. They tend to be slower paced and more tactical, more atmospheric. But of course, only if done well. Dice has apparently forgotten how to do that bit.

I agree. It still seems saturated when I log in but when I find a good server/game mode I will play it for an hour and not even notice the time flew by.

Agree but i stopped when the playerbase was no longer big enough to support the core of game.
Rush was my favorite game mode back in the BF3 (and even BC2) days, I loved it more in Metro and Damavan Peak specifically... I remember how chaotic it was and one of my favorite strat being an attacker were using the smoke grenade launcher, spamming it all the way to the mcoms. Didn't always work tho considering how everyone just nade spams the coms once they hear it armed. 😂Love those days.
Other than rush, Free4All/Noshar Canals/Hardcore/SniperOnly was my go to custom game mode.

A game like bf1 atmosphere is needed for battlefield tocget up on feet again. Nothing beats that game
Unpopular opinion: Ive played bf1 for 70 hours and bf5 for 200 hours and i personally enjoy bf5 more than bf1 in a lot of ways

That wing suit to B all way through the tunnel was ridiculous. That is what they were made to do, completely changes the whole game mode if people figure out you can do this.

i'm glad someone is enjoying it. i wish they would just cut their losses and put the devs onto working a new project. myself and 90% of my friends are pretty much done. too little too late. portal is cool, but they can't keep servers populated. they couldn't even when it had a high playerbase lol. imo it feels like people are only playing because of the sunken cost fallacy, not because they really enjoy the game. they just spent 80$ or whatever and desperately trying to justify. this was the game that finally made me realize how stupid it is to preorder. i finally got away from the abusive boyfriend.
Abandoning the game would be the worst option for dice.
Nobody would ever buy their games after that.

Yeah the K30 is busted, being killed up close with it is one thing but the accuracy and nonexistent recoil at range is insane. Not to mention a 51 round drum
4:23 No, Jack the Jets are together with helicopters. Jet's need to be separated from Helicopters. On Conquest 128 player's there needs to be 2 jets on each side.
For 128 player's on Conquest there needs to be two Helicopters available.

This game still has potential, really hope they get as much quality content out ASAP and I could see a comeback... Maybe re-work Hazard Zone after more maps and guns are put out for a richer experience like Escape from Tarkov? Love the content, Jack!!

No one cares about Hazard Zone, and rightfully so.
I think Hazard Zone is done. Wasn't fun to begin with and it would take a lot of work to make it something interesting. Too expensive and too much time to turn it around.

Does anybody else feel like the soldiers run to fast in this game. You lose the 'battlefield feel' when everybody is able to run like a cheetah.
It’s way too fast paced. They need to slow down movement, make games last longer, and remove wingsuit or just specialists in general.

This specific gamemode had increased movement and bullet speed. It was one of the featured official gamemodes in Portal.

I literally deleted it off my ps5 again this afternoon and reinstalling bf4. I just couldn’t have fun with it. I tried everything but something about the aiming and movement is way off for me and I couldn’t stand another minute of it.

Yes. Taking door controls and holding a building with Paik is some of the most fun I have in 2042

Jack mentioned MoH Warfighter. Really liked that game. Wasn't perfect, but it was respectable. But, nothing can top MoH 2010.
It had some cool mechanics, just the execution in MP could have been smoother.

Rush needs to be a base game mode. It is so much fun. I enjoy Rush more than Breakthrough.

it may be a fun mode but it's not nearly as fun as it would be if we didn't have the specialists, there's an incredible amount of spammed grenades and way too many ways to know where somebody is on the map. true tactical play doesn't happen in 2042
BF1 had way more grenades and BF1/V were spotting nightmares with the ground/air flares everywhere (at least V told you you were spotted), BF3/4 had the crazy 3D spotting and showing up on the minimap when you fire (the latter is the same here). That's a BF issue not a 2042 issue.
Go play squad or hell let loose if you want tactical. Since BF3 the series was never about "tactical play".

Im fully convinced Jack is the only man alive who has real plot armour.
The lighting is actually good with Frostbite 4. But some areas look like unnatural, unrealistic maybe cause of it has colorful hud.
Was playing earlier and yeah it feels so fun and tense, something I hadnt felt much yet. Would probably be better if I had Jacko and Stoehh on my team as well.
K30 rips people to shreds
They need to weaken the attackers, more time to arm the bomb, not to be able to arm and fire at once, and And that it will not be visible to everyone when the bomb is defused. I think it will balance this game mod.
The disarm time is just as quick, you can also still shoot while disarming as well. The problem is just that the attackers are the only ones that actually bother to stay and defend the objective. The defenders would always rather rush forward and maintain a defensive line away from the objectives without sparing a thought that they might get flanked, if the defenders actually played defensively then the MCOMs would be almost impossible to arm.
