Oh my goodness when I was a teenager I had so many of these clogged pores around my Vermillion border of my lips and I hated it so one day I took some paper towels and I just squeezed it all out like I literally extracted everything I made sure they all bled. I squeeze it to the point where it was bleeding to make sure that everything was out, and then I cleanse it with alcohol and it never came back. My lips were perfect ever since I did that and I stopped using lipgloss because apparently the lipgloss was the issue. It was clogging the pores in that particular area of my lips so never again that’s why I love Matt lipstick so much because it does not have oil.
So here's the trick... I use a Korean numbing cream that has a much higher content of numbing agent that cant be sold in the US. For any treatments I get done. I fell asleep doing a deep microneedling session 😅, that's how good it works

My lips became swollen for a day after i popped these things out. I got these things from using expired lipmatte,which was manufacturer said it's still okay to use it which was not. Don't forgot to exfoliate your mouth area, and don't forgot to shave your mouth area, if not it will come back like crazy
As someone that has perfect skin, I'm always jealous of pimple popping videos because I wanna do it to myself but even as a teenager my skin barely had any spots, so I used to rub bacon grease on my face 😅
To help prevent this from happening around the lip area , you can put a bit of salt with a little bit of water and apply to the border of the lip and rub the lip border do as often as you would like. How do you finish them off completely. I use Clinique acne solutions and the blackhead soap and the black heat cream and the charcoal face mask/scrub they keep coming back I miss a few days and just use soap
My oldest son is the not so lucky one and has my acne skin😢 He used to have a lot of these around his lips, so I gave him a short lesson about skincare, and that he really needs to step up his game with skincare. It is a lot less now
I think this has to do with the person not so much the cleanliness. I wear chapstick or gloss everyday, and occasionally lip liner and lipstick I wash my face twice a day like anyone else and never had this. I wear chapstick to bed as well.
Thankfully I only had a couple of these as a teenager, but I remember each clearly because they were THE most painful blackhead pops I ever had. (Besides 1 infected side of nose bugger, which literally crackled like roast chicken skin when popped and hurt like hell for damn near half an hour.)
Those are absolutely stupid painful. Whenever i feel face numbing pain like that i make a point to repeat to myself "labor pains are way worse, i can handle this!"
Grab some Numbing Cream (Used for Piercings/Tattoos) Offline, Dab a TINY BIT on & you won't feel anything VS having Tears running down your Face while trying to Decongest Sensitive Areas of your Face (ie. Around Lips, Below Eyes, Tip of Nose, etc.).
I’ve had 2 of these on my upper lip for about a year and I never knew what it was, I thought it was a scab, so I finally looked it it and it was exactly what u see in the video, but when I popped it, it was so satisfying
THIS is why i always popped them despite my mom saying not to!!! Im not letting anything grow too big on my skin. Ill take some blood and a scap mark any day than this!

It would seem like if you go into an office to get the removal done, they would use a numbing cream. If not, I don't know why you wouldn't just remove them yourself.
Maybe I have a very high paint tolerance but i've never found black heads on my lip to be painful. I mean everyone's in a Blue Moon.That was a really crazy one but most of the time you just popped up and it was all good unless it was a really deep sist.
