    Nice. Don't forget to mark the legs so you know which leg goes where. As you drilled free-hand the holes will be positioned slightly differently on each leg.

      That's the one! I have done that on my other layouts, just not this one yet.

    I like this approach and I want to do something similar but my planned baseboard is larger (8' x 5') and I want to put castor wheels on for moving it around in the house. Any suggestions?

      you will also need to brace the boards with more 3x1 timber in the middle, or the boards will sag

    Watched for five minutes and only one hole drilled. It’s only nuts and bolts. This would be ok for a permanent layout
