Heehee. No jokes, no bloomers, no misspokes. I do hope Peco paid well for for the most eloquent MR presenter on RUclips! Meanwhile, back at Chadwick ...
Hi Charlie - This is a fantastic video which I found quite useful. Returning to the hobby with N gauge and I have in my tool kit a set of Track Setta profiles( Melcam Models) which I have had for thirty years but they do not fit into the N gauge rails.Do the Peco ones actually fit between the rails or just rest on top?? It seems to me if they fit between the rails it makes life a lot easier when laying curve track and I might be buying the Peco replacement ones. This is a well present video and I love it.
I’m laying flex track for the first time soon, I have my tracksetta templates for the main curves, but what happens when you want very subtle S shaped bends in the track that fall outside of the available templates?
Hello Charlie, i retired to Thailand and brought my model railway from the UK, it was in boxes and i have been collecting for years never setting it up , is there anything else i can use besides cork ?
4 weeks to late ! 😭 i already started. All my layout will be build with PECO Code 75. You can see it on my channel in the livestream! Love Your tracks. Greetings from Germany. Bimm 😉👍
I love Charlie's channel well-done Peco for getting him onboard and making more videos.
Fascinating. I didn't know flexitrack was that bendy. Great to have those gauges.
Blimey charlie, you certainly get around, this confused me for a moment haha.
Thanx for the great details!
What a great surprise!
Great tutorial Charlie!
Great choice peco
For a moment, I thought I was on the wrong channel!
Same! Haha
Me too, shouldn’t we all be at Chadwick?

When you were bringing items up onto the bench, I half expected you to accidentally grab your sandwiches ;-)
OMG !! Its Charlie 'Chadwick' - I always though his surname was CHADWICK !!! You'll be telling me next that Sam's surname isn't TRAINS....

Fantastic video. Cheers mate
Many thanks! Glad it was of interest
perfect timing , just about to start laying my peco code 100 with lots of curves.....

But I like to go into the curve gradually. The 'lead-in' curve I thinks it's called. Very good video.
? Do you have a list of parts mentioned? Thank you.
Charlie, you said 'prototypical'!
Do you do any if the gauges or track setters for your Code 124 O Gauge Track?
i use my dogs nail clippers to cut the track and nails to hammer it in
So when do you solder the track?

Who's bread you eat, who's shirt you wear .... lol
Typical not prototypical. I blame C J Freezer for misguiding people towards using that word.
Irritating background music.
