Perfect! Quick and easy! Added garlic, ms dash seasoning, a little low sodium chicken broth, and minced garlic and a tablespoon of garlic powder. Very tasty. Also did it with navy beans.
Im 14 and decided to go vegetarian at 13 I'm not the best cook and the first time I cooked beans I somehow burnt them and they smelt terrible this time they came out tremendous and smelled good all because of u thank you!!
I am going to try this recipe and already know I will love it! Been looking for a recipe omitting oregano and smoked paprika as it breaks my skin out. Thank you!
THIS WOMAN KNOWS HOW TO COOK She's thought through the details about the actual process of cooking, _pay attention._ At first I thought "four cans?" But it's nice to have some in the fridge for a few days.
@@fgsf9 When I posted that I was also comparing dry beans and canned beans. *Price:* A can of drained and rinsed beans bought for about 75c is definitely less expensive than the same amount of home cooked beans. Around a dollar/can it comes down to convenience and taste. *Convenience:* Canned *Taste:* It's easier to ruin dry beans, but a good cook can make them taste better. ed: No surprises, but the 75c-$1 is handy to know. They're so good for us.
@@mykellharris1 It appears you've never cooked dry beans. Let them soak overnight and they'll be ready to cook in the morning. Soak them before you go to work, they'll be ready to cook in the evening. If think _"overnight"_ or _"while you're at work"_ is _"forever"_ then yes, you are right.
@@cowboybob7093 I know I'm right. if you can't comprehend a hyperbolic statement, then you should stay off the internet and go back to school so that you can study and learn basic reading skills. My whole point was that people prefer canned beans due to them being quick and easy to cook.

If it was actually “Perfect!”, you would not have to add all of those extra ingredients to it. 😂

Any substitute for the Curry?
Yeah, whatever you like. Onion and garlic powder, a couple bay leaves, paprika, Adobe seasoning. Whatever you like really within reason.
@@sparkyjones560 Everything you listed is delicious in beans.
How long do you have to cook that thing FOR??????
curry powder is always fried not boiled....😬
Do you not drain the oil before adding the beans?
No. People add oil to beans in general it's sort of like adding a fat like butter or bacon fat, it give it a little more "body" to the taste.
Can you blend it first?
you can if you are making sos pwa
