girl I’m 26 with social anxiety and making phone calls is like going to war😭 I always see if I can make the appointments online first and if I can’t I just pick a day and tell them I need an appointment on said day. If they don’t have that available then I’ll just take whatever is closest, it’s soooo nerve wracking. I always reward myself with something when I’m done because I will think about the stuttering I did ALL DAY🤣🤣
I’m also 26 and it’s literally the same for me too! I don’t know when and if I’ll ever chill out lol
My birthday is June 29 so I’ve always thought of that as mid year. My mom has always told me I have the best birthday since every 6 months I get presents

I know you probably won't see this comment, but sending you so much love. I've been in the exact same mental state, even when it comes to thinking about the passage of time. It's a roller coaster of emotion every day, I could literally cry at any moment. I wouldn't wish anyone to go through this, but you are definitely not alone!!!

I'm also someone who keeps thinking about how I will never relive a moment again too especially in the last year. I went to the Eras Tour and for months leading to it I was already sad for it to be over before it even happened. Ever since I get upset I can't live that moment again and having a bad memory doesn't help but I have found myself doing it more and you talking about it really opened my eyes to that

Whenever I’m hating my hair all the time I know that means I need a change! So I suggest have fun dye or cut your hair..maybe some bangs? I just dyed my hair red and I love it! Love how real you are your vids! 💕💇♀️

I was also so scared to lipstick, my first lipstick was a red and since then I’ve never worn another colour apart from red lipstick. I wear it everyday to shops, uni, post office etc everywhere can’t go a day without 😂
Around this time last year I was having the same issue with my blonde hair. My roots were constantly grown out and it was so frustrating. I got lowlights and started putting less blonde in my hair. So it’s mainly with natural color but with some highlights and I love how low maintenance it is!!!
I can’t wait to watch Inside Out 2! The first Inside Out means so much to me. From the age of like 9-13 I had to have a full body MRI twice a year, which each one took almost 3 hours, but I was able to choose from the hospitals selection of movies to watch with a headset that looked like a virtual reality headset, and I always chose Inside Out to watch, because I have really bad panic attacks, especially when it’s a very inconvenient time to have one, and there’s practically no worse time to have one than during an MRI. But during my first MRI, I managed to make it through the whole time without having one, so I got weirdly superstitious about it and I refused to watch any other movie during my future MRI’s, because if I did I was convinced I’d have a panic attack. So Inside Out has become extremely important to me, and when I heard they were coming out with a second I was elated.

I felt seen by Anxiety too... Loved that it was Maya Hawke too!!! My theater for Inside Out 2 was mostly adults with like 2 kids haha! I went by myself and felt better not being around lots of kids... ok so here is the embarrassment and Anxiety talking.
I haven't been to Kings Island in so long. But I feel you on the hot complaint. One time I passed out... twice? I think, standing in the same line at Kings Island. Oops.
Also, super yes on book recs for Taylor Swift albums as a series. I have been doing it on my blog VERY sporadically and going in reverse chronological order. Sort of. I started with folklore, I think? So I've kept up to date, but then have worked my way backward to Speak Now. Then I hit a wall for unknown reasons. Should probably return to it. Lol

I know you said you struggle with anxiety, but have you thought about some of it being triggered from all the Alani/caffeine you drink???? Maybe try taking a break from them! I used to get incredibly bad anxiety junior year of college and half of it was from drinking so much caffeine. It doesn't solve it completely, but it could a little bit.
Also, fun fact: Dots Pretzels were created in North Dakota before they were bought out by Hersey's!
