Nice use of PVC, but instead of having to carry around a inefficient transformer, you can dismantle a car power inverter and use it‘s internals. That way, you can either keep the size down or add more batteries. This thing only has disadvantages, besides the simple circuit required to drive the transformer, _which doesn’t seem to have voltage feedback_ , it often times only has a efficiency of 30% while commercial inverters have a efficiency of 80% or more, is heavy and large.
So even if you would make it more compact by using a commercial inverter board, you would probably even get more time out of it.
Other than that, I suggest you adding a USB-C PD board with boost converter (introduces losses, however). I‘ll thank you for the general idea of building something like this.
