I was in Iceland when the final round was played, and i really wanted to see Stjarnan play to see the celebrations, but the day that should play was the day i should home.. so then i couldn't see them play, but then again their final match ended 0-0 Breidablik..!

@dominic02 I think every player must have a passion for the game, otherwise they would never be good. But too many people let the money and the glamour dominate over their love for the game. There are few people in football who are just like this team. Ryan Giggs, and Lionel Messi are perfect examples of players who have made it to the top but stayed humble and respectable. When Messi won the player of the year award he said that the best part of the evening was being there with his teamates.
They dont play to win, they play to make celebrations. :D

I can't effing believe that I didn't get to see these guys play when I was just over there in Iceland
an other good reason why you just can't hate iceland, even after the bankscandals, and have to love such an inventive, creative and sweet population
