Tom Hignite - Musical Miracles (2006 tie-in single disc)

This single CD was packaged with the Miracle Mouse: Cranky's Miracle children's book from 2006 that was a tie in with the proposed feature animated film of the same name. Starting in 2002, Tom Hignite, a real estate home builder owner and Disney-fanatic decided to be the producer and director on a fully animated, 2D feature film starring his own company's mascot, Miracle Mouse. This got as far as having a cast with names such as Jane Lynch and Ernest Borgnine as well as having animators from Disney's then-recently-closed Florida studio.
Unfortunately, funding did not come easy and the original production seems to have shuttered around 2012 when it could not make its goal on Kickstarter.
The most recent update is that it seems it was reworked into a 3D animated film titled FlabberGasted, but it's unknown if it was canceled, or if so why and when.
The book, along with T-shirts and a full music CD album, was sold on the Miracle Studios website in the mid/late 2000s to help promote the film and the new business. The full CD still remains lost from what I can tell.
