    This skateboard Pilates fitness fusion workout will fire up your core (abs) glutes and hamstrings.
    ✅ You need :

    ⭐ For :
    Confirmed Beginner/Intermediate
    🎯 Focus :
    CORE (abs) glutes, hamstrings.
    You will use the skateboard as though it was a portable Reformer and find how it can intensify feeling your abs. You’ll work your side body and finish with plank and pike. This is a fun playtime mix it up to the usual routine. Have fun and remember if you want more, come back as many times as you like and repeat. Repetition and practice is what makes us stronger and helps us achieve our fitness goals !
