I remember you telling us you have a boyfriend. Living with Elbow san. Engagement. Wedding to Tom. Living in HK. And this beautiful series... That makes me so so happy. I love sweet Rosie who has been with you from the beginnings....You have grown into an extraordinary woman, wife and soon you will be a MOTHER !!! Tom looks so happy and excited. Love you two and baby boy. Praying for a successful pregnancy and delivery. 👶👶👶👶👶👶👶
I know right!!! So amazing
GAH! So happy for her
And now we’re all here for Elbow’s son 😬
You took the words right out of my mouth. Lol. Continuing prayers for their precious family.
I know right like I remember her Japan days. Time flew by so fast and so many things changed
You carrying Rosie like a baby in the little Kanguroo pouch is absolutely adorable
She really loves it! She likes to watch and often falls asleep (I guess it’s calming?) ☺️
@@Taylor_R She’s gonna be the best big sister ever. Absolutely wholesome. 💜
What breed of dog is Rosie?
@@catacc. A teacup poodle, I think.
I can't stop with the crying how does she stop long enough to film! I am so happy. I can't
I’m not pregnant nor do I think I’ll be any time soon ... but I LOVE all this pregnancy content you’re giving us 👀❤️❤️🥰🥰. Congrats again 🎉
Same! I don't want to have kids, but It makes me happy to see when other people is happy about having a baby 🥰
Taylor, you're such a warm person. You literally carried Rosie around in a pouch so that she can feel involved while you're cooking 🥺🥲
Congratulations
taylor: *married, own place, pregnant* "…"
also taylor: *buying knifes* "I feel like an adult ✨now✨"
😂😂
Tom calling your Mom "Mom" is so endearing to me ☺️
In Chinese culture after marriage you call your in-laws as mom and dad like they are your own. I think it shows even more your love for your partner and their family.
In asian culture actually, we call our MIL and FIL like normally how our spouse address their parents.
@@NCT127xx Its in Turkish culture too! We also call mother and father in laws mom and dad.
..what else do people call them? Most people I know here in the US call them Mom and Dad as well?
@@KrissyMeow in Brazil we call them by their names really, sometimes they are called with a “Dona” for women or “Seu” for men. Like “Seu John” or “Dona Marie”, people see it as a sweet way of treating older folk, and it’s no different to in laws :)
I just started a rotation on the labour & delivery unit as a nurse and hearing your experiences with IVF has been so helpful in beginning to understand what our clients with IVF experienced and how to care for them. I am soo excited to follow your pregnancy journey!
Looking forward to seeing "elbow son"!
@@dianapovero7319 LOL I hope Taylor sees this!!!!
That actually made me laugh out loud that's perfect 😂😂
Omg this is so cute 😂🤍
Lol
The most important thing that stuck with my through my labors is ‘this pain is productive’ it has a purpose and will have an end.
You look stunning and so happy.
Congratulations Taytay!! I pray that you have the safest and easiest delivery. I cannot wait to see you with your baby in your arms 💝
Thank you ❤️❤️
@@Taylor_R You are very welcome and deserve so much more! I only wish for you and your growing family to be healthy and happy for many years to come. Love you and stay strong Mommy Tay💝💝💝
just by seeing how happy rosie is and the way she gets carried around in that pouch, you know this baby is going to have just fab parents
I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant (also with a boy!) and it’s been so amazing to be able to watch your videos and relive the joy and excitement of early pregnancy. I’ve never been so invested in someone’s journey that I’ve never met! How lucky we are to be able to bring a beautiful new life into this world ❤️
16 weeks, another milestone! I'm so happy for you all!
🥰❤️
Please please please don't be scared about having a 'big baby' come delivery time. With my second they told me she was in 99th centile and would weigh over 5kg. Ultrasounds especially later on are very inaccurate. She was born at 4kg which is only slightly above average still fit into newborn clothes, but she was also my second. A naturally delivered baby with no complications.
Something I learned once was there no point in worrying before there's a need to worry. Sounds silly but it's not healthy for the body to build unnecessary stress. I wish you all the best of happiness and health ❤️
Taylor: I feel like an adult now. Knives excite me.
Taylor saying defiantly to Tom: I am a high-end chef!! Yes, you have become one. Very impressed by the development of your cooking skills. It has inspired me to try making new dishes!
I love how animals just get so protective over their people and so lovey when they’re pregnant, it’s like they know something big is happening and they’re excited with us for this new change. It’s so sweet!
I am so jealous of you, I’m currently 10 weeks and have been absolutely miserable. I’ve already had to go to the ER twice and I can’t keep food/liquid down. I feel like I’m actually dying. I’m so happy you had such a wonderful first trimester and continue to have a good pregnancy.
You’re not alone ❤️ currently 8 weeks and have been in bed for 3+ weeks from nausea.. hopefully it will end for you after the first trimester. Sending you lots of love.
@@CandyAppleUT789 your comment got me crying because I’ve been feeling nothing but alone and isolated through this whole experience so far. I feel like my body is just failing me and my baby. I hope we both make it through and the nausea just goes away soon. ☺️💙
I would be overjoyed to even experience “morning sickness” as they call it. I can’t get pregnant. :(
@@jasminelynn6155 I feel that way so much too, I cry over nice comments, cute videos, I cry over just being excited about minecraft live this upcoming weekend! We will get through this. Reach out to your family or friends. I felt so alone and like nobody cared and when I let them people try so hard to help comfort me. ❤️
@@i.g.6580 Sending you love, so sorry. 💔 I hope that a miracle will happen for you 🌈
So the difference between the knives you got and the Japanese knives are you got more of a German knife set. Better for meats etc as the hilt is better for breaking thru bone. While a Japanese style knife is better for vegetables and fish. The German ones are of a really good quality though just a thicker knife but still will last a really long time mainly if you solely wash by hand. - I used to sell those knives lol.
Only thing that happens in the dishwasher is they will get less sharp but just don’t do it tho. Also be careful at the handle were the Steel connects to the handle they rust easier because they are harder to get to while cleaning it’s usually stainless steel tho so it should come off with a little scrubbing and the knives will be good as new!
Would love a couple of suggestions for meat knifes since you sound so knowledgeable.
Brands so I know what to look for please. I’m in the US. Thanks 🌸
"I'm hungry as soon as I open my eyes" I cannot relate more
So caring to include your dog in cooking with you. So sweet. She loves you so much. In the US my dr said not to start a new exercise routine during pregnancy, but I’m sure you have run this by your dr. Please be careful with the exercises you choose. Anyway I love this series.
In her case I’m guessing it’s important for her to have the muscle strength needed to push out a giant baby of that size lol. Also there is a research study that came out not that long ago that says that exercise during the 2nd and 3rd trimester can reduce the risk of big baby syndrome and c-section which obviously they want to avoid
@@janecampbell4662 Interesting. That's good information to know. I only wish her the very best. I am sure she is in good hands.
She's been exercising her whole life practically, so it's more just a NEW exercise routines that should be avoided. Her body is quite used to working out and lifting weights. If you aren't a runner and never ran prior, pregnancy isn't the best time to take up running. That's what that means. I'm sure her personal trainer is very aware of what exercises to do and what to avoid. She mentioned doing kegel exercises, which are super important for delivery, and helping to prevent incontinence post-baby
My recent baby was 10lb 4oz, had no idea in advance. Home birth natural delivery, everything was fine. Do it in the hospital if you want to be safe, just look into birthing positions in advance.. they make a WORLD of difference when it comes to getting the baby out healthy.
I am 5 weeks pregnant after two years of trying and I am so thankful. I am also so happy we get to go on this journey at the same time! 2022 Babies!
Congratulations!! 💕
Also 5 weeks😊
I am 4 weeks. I was trying for a baby since 2019. 2022 is our year ladies 😍💃
I'm more than happy for you. I feel like a sister of mine is finally achieving her dreams. I have been following your journey since you were in Japan in your apartment not yet fully introduced elbowsan yo as, and your kawaii Taylor version. I am soooo happy for youuuu. wish you all the besttt.
I'm also pregnant at the moment! 10 weeks to be exact. Soo happy for you, Taylor 🥰
Congrats!! ❤️❤️❤️
I’m exactly 10 weeks today as well!
Oh my gosh sous chef Rosie was too much for my heart to handle…I’m always so happy for these updates
Edit: omg I also bought a Donabe and was like, CRAP I have to season it 😂
I’ve been waiting all week for this my pregnancy hormones can’t handle all of your videos of this journey🥺💗
Congrats on your pregnancy 🥰❤️ how far along are you?
@@Taylor_R I’m 22 weeks in a few days with a little girl🦋 so interesting seeing an international pregnancy (I live in Australia) things are very different for us with foods and things! Wishing you the best of luck
@@TS-ec5jv what do you mean with the food? I'm curious 😅🙈
i love seeing taylor grow as a mama and how she adjusts and how elbowsan also adjusts as a father
I am happy for your realtion with Rosie, because some people doesn't give much atention to their ball of joy who was there so much years, when baby comes. 🤗 You are such a beautiful person darling. I love you and Tom so much! 🤗
It is so interesting for me to watch your Journey cause some friends of mine are pregnant at the moment are trying to getting pregnant and I recommended them your channel 💕
can we just talk about how caring her mom is? she is so kind-hearted and affectionate
What I found to be extremely beneficial for labor was stretching ALL the time after 30 weeks, and reducing strength training. I think after a certain point it’s important to make yourself „soft“, in mind and body (pelvic floor!) and that helps SO much. I know everyone is giving you advice right now but this is what I really can recommend!
Don’t let baby’s measurements scare or worry you. Sometimes those measurements can be off through ultrasound and a woman’s body was designed for this. I see you mentioning it a lot and I just wanted you to know you can do it! ♥️
"I feel like an adult now, knives excite me." I know what you mean. I got super excited about my new vacuum and I was like, "Oh shit. I'm totally in my 30s, getting excited about a vacuum." I mean... It IS a pretty excellent vacuum. >_>
*sending you non-painful birthing of larger baby vibes* (>*_*)>~~~~~~~~~~~
Then the elevator makes a scary movie screeching sound lol
I got super excited for buying a set of pots.
Good vacuums are awesome!! We even named ours with my flatmate xd
Yea, I feel that getting excited about my enameled cast iron stock pots, my pressure cooker and my robot vacuum. People at work look like I'm crazy when I talk about cooking and ask me if I was in cooking classes
I love you and toms relationship especially when he asked if he could have some of your crisps. That was really sweet and you can see how much you guys respect each other
I’m so glad to hear you’re a “go with the flow” type when it comes to the labor. Some people make the mistake of going into it with specific expectations and a very rigid birth plan. That usually doesn’t go as planned.
Taylor you look so great and so Happy! Motherhood suits you! I am so happy for you! After all the struggle, you're finally getting your little precious boy!
You really deserve everything you have now, after all the struggles you've been thru❤️❤️❤️
As a tip: some of my mom-friends said they prefer zipper onesies to snaps since snaps get annoying to open/close over time, whereas the zip is faster. Glad to hear all is going well!
Taylor remember when you were sitting there, but seeing other pregnant families. I think I get that quite often, sitting at a place seeing people who have already overcome their obstacles, and wonder when that's going to be me. But now it's finally your turn to celebrate it. So happy for you!
How is it that you are basically a stranger but at same time a part of my family. All the best for you dear!
I'm being sooo honest when I say you're the only person who could ever get me hooked on watching a pregnancy journey, I'm not a baby person nor do I want children but somehow your vlogs always make me so happy 🥺
18:24 “this pot is really troublesome, it’s really mafan” HAHAHAHA😂 That was hilarious. I love how you perfectly incorporated Cantonese like that
I also had massive tomato cravings when I was pregnant, your body certainly knows what it needs so listen to your cravings, only bit of advice I can give is not to eat too many it can give you heartburn. My baby is a teenager now and super healthy (thanks to the tomatoes!)
Love all the vlogs🥺🥺 y’all are gonna be amazing parents
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Seeing you design your nails brings back such good memories of your past designs. I’ve been following you since Mimei’s birthday party years ago. Enjoy this special journey.
tomatoes are a huge thing in the south in the US also, especially what we call Creole tomatoes here in south louisiana, its just something about growing tomatoes here makes them grow huge and super sweet. They also stay on the vines longer than a regular tomato which im sure gives rise to the sweetness since the sugars have more time to develop
Your dog is the absolute sweetest thing alive!!!!😍🥰🥰😍😍
You eat all you want. You look like your loving every minute of your pregnancy. I am so happy for you both. That big baby is such a blessing.
It’s been awhile since I’ve popped in to this channel and I’m OVERJOYED congratulations 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 you’re gonna be a great mama 🥰
I’m just so happy for you! I’ll never be able to have biological children but I so understand that want to experience pregnancy and the creation of life. You’ve worked so hard for this child and it just shows how good of parents you will be
I’m still in awe! How exciting!
it makes me so happy to see your posts lately because i know how excited you are!! you're glowing queen ❤
this is the only reason i keep checking my youtube anymore lmao. so happy for you and Tom, cannot wait for the next episode already! 💜
Taylor: **is married and pregnant**
Also Taylor: "I'm finally getting knives now I feel like an adult, I'm so excited knives excite me"
This makes me so happyyyy! I’m sure seeing your baby in an ultrasound is such a joy ♥️ (also WOW your cooking looks delicious!!) Sending love from Canada 💕
I'm so ecstatic!!! You deserve so much, everything, for being a part of my childhood. Love you so so so much!!
Rosie is so cute, I want a dog like her 💜 The little tongue sticking out is adorable. 💙
I'm sure that HK has numerous small shops in a side street that would bring your "old" knives back to sharpness better that they have ever been. Might make a few minutes of video too.
Omg Rosie in that pouch in the kitchen is the sweetest thing I've ever saw!! 😍
Dear Taylor, thank you so much for sharing your story with us and spreading awareness about infertility and PCOS, since I was ok the same journey for the last three years. Right before we wanted to give up, I got pregnant totally natural and I delivered a beautiful babygirl in august❤️❤️ i‘m sooo happy for you guys! It is a miracle and a gift….
As a first time mom as well I love watching these vlogs! Such a special journey 💕☺️
when i first started watching this series we were only just starting to try to get pregnant.
Now i'm 6 weeks pregnant.
I can't believe i got pregnant on the first month.
I'm 30 so i'm no spring chicken.
I'm so sorry it took you so long!
You’re absolutely right: no need to worry about delivery. We’re in the 21st century with all kinds of medical options at hand. The best hint I got from my midwife beforehand was to remain open for suggestions from the medical team. If they offer you some kind of help or relief from pain: take it.
AH I get so emotional watching this because I just get so happy for you both Taylor! I’ve watched you grow into the amazing person you are today can’t believe it’s been a few years already! 🥺❤️
You and Tom’s happiness and excitement can be felt through the screen. Genuinely so happy for you 2 and your sweet little one!
This was so adorable
Just seeing you go through little things with a smile on face is everything
When he asked for the chips🥺 that interaction was so sweet
I was waiting for this video after reading Instagram a few days ago, having regular workouts can make you feel healthy and strong, as well as the process of body changing.💖
Then, that's a lot of knives to choose, need to pick some that is useful for respective food cutting.
You look not only elegant for the photoshoot, but also the art gallery is colorful, too.🌈
I’m also from Canada and my main cravings during pregnancy were also all tomato related! Like you, I also ate tomatoes on toast with mayo like everyday. Sooooo good.
Obsessed with this serious so much love!
So happy to watch these videos that I get so happy when I see the notifications pop up!
You have that pregnancy glow and you look so good! I have been a part of your youtube family for so long and know how long you wanted this. And I am super excited that it finally happened. Can't wait to see you, Tom and the baby together!
I love seeing your journey.. especially since I'm pregnant too, so I understand all the emotions/feelings/cravings 😊
Ive been on the edge of my seat waiting for the next episode 💓💓💓 love you guys
Rosie is blooming, she got so excited when she saw the carrier for her. Tom looks so happy, I’m so so glad for you all, you’re all looking happy, healthy and glowing.
I’ve been watching you for years and years and seeing that you are pregnant after all the ups and downs makes me so incredibly happy for you! You are such an inspiration to me and I wish you all the happiness in the world ❤️❤️❤️
So so happy for you - I am smiling through the whole episode
I am so happy for you!💕 Good luck❤️
Taylor I’ve been watching you for so long now and I’m just so beyond happy for you. Some people were born to be mothers and you are definitely one of them! Thanks you for sharing your journey with us ☺️❤️❤️❤️
I feel like Rosie can sense the baby is in your tummy!!!
I'm so happy for you, Taylor
Yes, was waiting for this
I’ve been watching you for years and I am so happy for you! I feel like I’m watching a dear friend even though you have no idea who I am. Thank you for lending your strength. I admire you.
Been watching you for a few years and I’m loving how happy you both are!
I love seeing this series 🥰🥰 I’m so happy for you guys and this new season ❤️ the joy you radiate is infectious
I’m obsessed with rosies little pouch
I wanted a vaginal delivery but ended up having a planed cesarean because my big baby was stuck on a breech position.
Watching POSITIVE birth stories really really helps prepare you for any kind of birth you end up having. Stay away from the horror stories. Also Hypnobirthing is awesome! And pelvic exercises (also help with regaining control over bladder afterwards 😝) and breathing exercises (which also help keep you calm)!
I've been watching your videos for years and it feel great to see you all happy and idk it feel like I'm watching a sister achieve new things and grow up 🥺
Rosie is the freaking cutest. She’s gonna be so jealous when she’s not the baby of the fam anymore!
♥️🐊 Dear Taylor thank uu for bringing us on this journey with you and I wish you and your family happiness and love because that’s what your videos bring me hehe ALSO Happy World Mental Health Day 🕊♥️
Happy World Mental Health Day ❤️
The way Elbow San says “Thanks Mom” is so special! I hope you keep those clips handy💕. It is so beautiful to see how well you take care of your body during this pregnancy. Thank you for putting those beautiful flowers into such a beautiful vase and for sharing video of the art show🥰
You are pretty much about two weeks ahead of me in your pregnancy (I’m 14wks) and it’s been soooo nice watching the videos you’re posting, feels like we’re going thru pregnancy together! 💕 congrats to you both!
The cooking session with your dog is adorable! Wish you all the best
your videos make me be so emotional :') so happy for you
Congrats!! We are so close (I’m 18 atm)! ☺️❤️
I love that you carry Rosie around when you cook. Our chihuahua always wants to be included, and buying a carrier for him this year was one of our best purchases!
Memories of when I was pregnant with each of my two girls are flooding me🥰 The cravings, the absolutely necessary naps! all the changes and excitement... and when the baby starts doing gymnastics inside you, just staring at your belly and marveling that there's a tiny human in there... Enjoy every single second of this miraculous journey!! Thank you for sharing it with us! 💕💖💕💖💕💖💕
I'm so happy for you!❤️ Can't wait to see more 🥰 good luck and have a wonderful week💐
Enjoy this time Taylor. Once the baby comes, the first 4 months are the hardest in terms of transition from having free time to hardly any free time now that baby needs you 24/7. That was my experience from my first pregnancy. Enjoy this time before baby comes. Spend time with the hubby. Go on dates. Relax.
Honestly I’d say enjoy the newborn stage because once they turn one you won’t have a minute to yourself hahah I thought the newborn stage was the easiest (obv the transition was hard but still, babies sleep like 20 hours a day).
@@vampiregirlTVD Really? I did enjoy the newborn stage but not as much as the toddler stage. I was knackered the first 4 months and honestly a bit depressed and envious watching my friends and family go out and about and I had to stay home with the baby and her waking up every few hours was a shock to my system. I tried going out with the baby but it was stressful. It was too loud and she would need my attention so often. It got easier when she turned 6 months and yes, they get more active but I enjoyed that stage. The newborn stage was exhausting because of sleepless nights and feeling this new pressure if being her primary caretaker.
@@vampiregirlTVD My baby woke up every 3 to 4 hours. She only started sleeping through the night when she was about 1.5 years old .
@@pinkymoon5039 yea my baby woke up to eat every 3-5 hours or so, but I didn’t find that so hard. Dunno why, but now it’s a bit harder since he continues to wake up during the night 😂
I am loving this series. I feel honored to be taken along your journey. Thank you. ❤️
It is so much fun watching your pregnancy journey. My baby was conceived on Father’s Day and your placement of the egg was on Father’s Day. I wish you all the best 🥰
