The building seems to have a nice layout and good bone although the deco is somewhat specific to the current owner’s level taste, that easily remedied is time consuming. Lovely
This is a piece of heaven on earth. To sit out in that terrace in the first property and unwind looking out onto the river would attract so many people. It would be good to know if the windmill wheel could be restored to produce your own electricity. Would it be difficult to get a swimming pool planning permission? If not then wowo. Its a gold mine waiting to shine its light on any buyer that likes the old stone with modern interior. J'ai adore.
