1) Joanne, you look great! Sunshine make everyone look good, but with the flower and the sunshine you look especially lovely! 2) The house is marvelous and if this was in Var I could see this being 3 times the price! I feel that Roussilon region was kinda slept on and is now being discovered by people. This would be a great 2nd home or even holiday home if rented out!

I don't like your current kind of presentation. I'd rather like to see the style of yours 2 years ago. No offence, let me explain in short:
If I'd be interrested in a property, I'd like to know as much details as possible. Your presentations used to be long cuts of fly over drone videos and slow sliding pictures of the interrior. Currently you're producing a ton of cut's and pieces like a teenage horror movie, music video or war time war report, partly blurring quality. Take if look at a freeze at 1:46, if you don't know, what I try to say. Same goes for the framing words of market director Mrs. Leggett: it adds entertainment but it ribs the informations appart as well.
At the moment, my impression is, you rather try to entertain than try to sell. Just guessing.
To be honest, It's just one single opinion. It's my opinion. But, if I could argue with just one, single point: who do you want to reach? Is it a client who favors entertainment and feelings, or is it a person with no free time at all, focused and interessted in a getting the nessessary informations in the most effective time possible, without any distractions?
Depending on your point of view you might want to change your style again. It doesn't have to be the former style, but, imho the current way isn't benifical for your goals.
Just some thoughts after a couple of vieos in a row.
Really, get a gamble, if the house wasn't so interesting I would have clicked off.
