Debriefing is a topic that happens quite often in advocacy work, yet there is little guidance on how to facilitate, initiate, and follow up on debriefing. During this training, attendees will:
• Identify the different types of debriefs that happen in response to sexual violence advocacy
• Analyze the various components and purposes for debriefing and
• Explore how debriefing can improve sexual violence organizations’ capacity to support advocates and survivors.
