how can you put the stencil on and see that it's not completely covering the old tattoo and you're ok with that??? like that would trigger me so badly to still be able to see that letter n 😣
Regardless of the old tattoo I think this new one is beautifully done. I love the precision on the flower petals that they’re all the same size and the line work is great. Love the style good job!
The modern person doesn’t know that a cover up isn’t really covering the name but more like camouflaging it. I think it looks great, awesome job! These tattoos look darker, brighter, and better when they’re healed.
Camouflage means making difficoult to see what really is there. The old tattoo is plain visible now that it's fresh inked just wait for it to heal and you'll be able to read the name straight away Camouflage my ass
I thought the same. Needs a darker more saturated color like purple to go over the black. Hope they’re fine with getting touch ups for when it fades because it’ll probably have to be touched up
It doesn't need to be heal I can see Annem right now... I just think about the pain....I have a little tattoo on this side of my arm and it hurted my ass off lol....
These comments.... 😅 This is a BEAUTIFUL color coverup over black lettering. The client most likely understood that the tattoo wouldn’t disappear and people with enough tattoos understand that too. Beautiful work. ❤️ If you made it this far, stay safe and wear your masks!
You can still see the old tatt peeking thru especially the part where the stencil didnt reach & thru the green. Its pretty but dont think its a successful "cover up".
I’m crying because of that one little piece that just happened to get left out 😭😭 it’s a very beautiful tattoo otherwise, it just drives me crazy because I’m stupid and i let things like that bother me
Ramona Șepilov thank you :,) I just had to put it out there just in case anyone decided to resort to negativity because I’m doing too much over half of a pixel. It’s not as fun being rude to someone when they own up to the fact that they might overreacting.
@@ryn.999 if you don't like that little piece of letter being visible you would absolutely hate this tattoo in a few months. It's a nice tatoo but an horrible cover up, the word is gonna be totally visible when the skin heals
Nice job hitting the leaf darkest to lightest it blended perfectly and the white lifted the small spots i think alot of people get color because they are tired of the heavy black look and its refreshing GREAT WORK!
You used color to cover up a black tattoo? Light colors at that? 😳🧐 Would love to see this healed because I’m pretty sure that tattoo is still highly visible.
Genesis.b Lopez ok cool then you’d know that a light colors will not fully cover black ink on a tattoo. Besides you can actually see the original tattoo underlying the coverup. If you feel so strongly about it cool but like you I’m stating my opinion freely. Relax
Lula Lauryn are you joking? 😂 it’s extremely obvious. It was even more obvious when it was still a stencil. they could have removed it and tried again but for some reason they didnt. Maybe the person wanted it like that as a reminder?
Lula Lauryn i wasnt starting hard but that’s not that easy to believe since it actually is a pretty small hiccup but it literally just screams at me. It was one of the first things I noticed. Yeah most people wouldn’t see it, but things like that just stick out to me. I hope it was intentional because I feel like both the artist and the canvas had to have noticed it before they started tattooing.
Hello there, I have a question about your stencil technique. What’s the tranfer cream utilized for your stencil tranfer? Stencil pep or any other? Can you enlighten me please! Thank you and great job on all your projects! Learning alot by watching you ladies work!

I am dying to know the same thing Geoff. I couldn't believe how that stencil paper seemed like it was glued to her arm. I was like, WOW, I GOTTA GET ME SOME OF THAT!
This has nothing to do with negativity. The artist was paid to do a cover up, cover ups have rules to respect otherwise the old tatoo is gonna be plain visible in no time and the client will have to pay for a new cover up again because the first one was shit.

Wotfy exactly!
Thought I'd put shading, but no
Yup that little piece the was left out of the cover up made me so mad they didn’t take the time to re position the tattoo
Laziness
I also dislike that it's touching the other tattoos... :/
Regardless of the old tattoo I think this new one is beautifully done. I love the precision on the flower petals that they’re all the same size and the line work is great. Love the style good job!
I'm curious as to why the whole old tattoo wasn't covered. I can see some of the last letter poking through in the last flower by the leaf
Lazyness
I’d say it gets adopted into a shadow

True, but when you can clearly still see the old tattoo on a fresh coverup then its a fail....
The goal is to always make the old tattoo disappear. COMPLETELY!! LMAO Always has been always will be.
@@CHUEYINK what's your problem with this cover up dude? Seems like you must be the one who did the original tattoo

Umm NO

Absolutely love watching yall do line work and watching you busting out another awesome tattoo
Im sorry but this person did not do a good job. You can still see the old tat under the "cover up"
You only see it because you saw it before.
also nothing covers black but black soooo unless you get yor tattoo zapped to fade it a bit no cover up is flawless
@G-vo No but there are other artist that can
