The BEST strategy for this challenge is to trade for good players from some of the best teams in the league, and then trade those players to horrible teams that they have no chance of winning with. That way, your competition is a lot worse since good players are not teamed up together and are more spread out throughout the league, giving your team a higher chance to win a championship.

You should do a "no negotiations" challenge where all trade offers and final and you cant accept counter offers. Will be pretty hard because you could end up overvaluing or undervaluing players and lose out on players
