Not going to lie I had to come back just to say that you motivated me to build this commander and watch more decktechs on it. I've had it sitting around in decks but never thought about actually building around it.
I love gruul brother! Xenagos is one ive thought about for a while, i love my Wulfgar deck but it can be difficult, particularly if i het blown out due to card draw and a lack of haste. Which is part of what draws me to Xenagos.
Good video. The better play would have been somberwild then next turn cultivate, land drop, and kona instead of the cultivate first and dropping down a summoning sick somberwild after 😢
@hometowncommander I find it easier to catch things when I'm just watching. I feel like when I'm actually playing the deck I overlook some things. But like you said practice helps a lot

That’s awesome! Hope you have a blast making this deck! Let me know how it does!
I'm sure it'll do great. Probably just take the husk of klauth, unrivaled ancient that's been sitting around for forever and go from there.
Hope to see more vids
More coming every week! I’m starting Innistrad stuff in the new year for that set and Aetherdrift coming in February!

If Gruul is wrong, I never want to be right! Lol

That’s a great catch! With practice comes the recognition and confidence, that’s why I see play testing being so important
