No one is perfect and this show is a perfect example of that. In some situations there are no right choices. Only hard choices. A choice of the "lesser evil" so to speak. Clarke isn't even one of the people who's done the worst things on this show. And she never takes her choices lightly.
Yes exactly she makes the decisions that no one else can make, because she has to. She is always stuck between a rock and a hard place where no matter what someone will die. The only people who seem to understand that properly is Bellamy and Lexa, because they have both been leaders too who have had to make shit decisions for their people also. Clarke and Bellamy are lucky they have been able to make most (not all) of these decisions 'together' but no one seems to blame Bellamy as much as they do Clarke.

Gundersen true that, I feel like Stephen King (love his support of Clarke) wanting to scream at the other characters they’re doing awful things too so quit playing the “lets blame Clarke” game. Especially Murphy. Love the character now but he’s done a lot of things solely in his self-interest but even he has the audacity to blame Clarke lol
A fantastic tribute, Clarke is such a complex character like she said " she do the best she can", she's not perfect. She's human and a survivor. I loved being in her mind in 6x07, it was so interresting.
People need to stop blaming her, because everybody had blood on their hands in the show.

Damn right and when madi told her in season 5 that she was the hero all along I was like come-on Clarke own it, but then Clark said she never said she was the hero because she'd never been one and that hurt my soul😅😭
I love this!!! Clarke is my favourite character (I know most blorks prefer Bell but I'm in the Clarke lovers minority lol) and this video really hit me. She isn't innocent but she isn't the bad guy - she tries so hard to do the right thing, even when it kills her on the inside. And in 6x07 we saw that - she thought Bellamy had given up on her so she decided to sacrifice herself to make sure the deal would be honoured. She has done this time and time again - given up things (people she loves, her own life even) so that others (her people, her friends, her daughter) can be safe. She doesn't deserve all the sh*t Spacekru say to her. I'm glad at least her soulmate sees that.
Dara M. I’ve always been more partial to Clarke and like Bellamy as he relates to Clarke 😂. I literally liked him on and off every season until season 5, lol. Clarke gets the crap end of everyone’s stick though and the constant need to blame her every season gets old 🙃
ChemicalAttraction I know!!! Everyone on the show (except Bellamy, this season) and a lot of people irl seem to hold her to a higher standard in comparison to the others and I'm just so bothered by it 😡 She really does everything in her power to protect the people she loves and yet everyone is always blaming her for everything, as if they aren't all murderers 🤦♀️

I had to watch this again - it is THAT good!!!! 🔥 I'm putting it in my favs playlist, this is legit one of the best fan videos I've ever seen.
everyone blames clarke for killing finn but it was to spare him of the suffering he’d endure. for letting a bomb drop but it was to protect bellamy’s cover, for killing all the people who helped them in mt weather but she also killed the guilty AND saved her people. for getting everyone of their people in the bunker despite octavia winning the conclave, but in her mind she was saving their people. for her burning 300 grounders but they attacked their ship. for leaving bellamy, gaia and indra in the fighting pit but it was to protect madi. for killing bellamy but it was to protect madi once again, but that ended up not mattering because madi turns herself in anyway. but for some reason they forgive lexa for betraying clarke at mt weather forcing clarke and bellamy to kill everyone in there, bellamy for almost letting clarke die in season 1, octavia and abby for everything they did in the bunker, murphy for season 1, bellamy for siding with pike and executing the grounders sent to protect them, pike for killing lincoln, finn for murdering a grounder village, charlotte for killing wells, bellamy for putting the idea of killing wells in charlotte’s head, kane for season 1, i absolutely hated jasper after mt weather cuz he became a complete dick after, jaha for every float he ordered, everyone on the counselors for sending the 100 prisoners to die, even raven has sent 4 welders to their death, lied about the radiation level and locked murphy in with them, shaw for locking the weapon system and letting raven and murphy get tortured for it, echo and emerson for blowing up mt weather with the skaikru in it, echo cheating in the conclave, killing ilian, echo trying to kill octavia on the cliff, echo for killing the real echo, raven for making and jasper for blowing up the bomb on the bridge to stop the grounders from attacking, ontari for killing all the night blood children (yes i know she is a villain but no one ever talks about her wrong doings), abby lying to raven so she can cure the prisoners, abby with her drug addiction, abby torturing raven with the shock collar, etc. but no one ever praises clarke for saving their lives over and over. SHE tested herself with night blood instead of emori, SHE was ready to let her own mother die if it meant saving the world from A.L.I.E, SHE put the flame in her head and stopped A.L.I.E. SHE gave cage and emerson every opportunity to end things peacefully so her friends could live but they (and lexa) forced her hand, SHE stayed behind and made sure there was power on the ark when they went up leaving herself in praimfaya. SHE told monty and bellamy to give her another choice at mt weather but they couldn’t. SHE saved jasper and finn’s lives. SHE gave emori her helmet so emori could live. no one ever talks about what she’s lost, her dad, finn, lexa, her mother, her best friend and most of her other friends. she had to watch most of those deaths. she even had to watch her allies die in front of her, like anya. they’ve all got demons, they’ve all done things they aren’t proud of, some worse than others… but everyone seems to forgive each other, clarke forgives everyone, but no one forgives her. she gets hate for both, for killing the ones hurting her people or for not doing enough to save her people… and yet is always the person everyone goes to when they need saving, they just like to blame her for how she saves them
