I love Kripp's BG content as well, but I have a lot of nostalgia from settling in at night watching these arena runs. Fun to come back and relive it :)
For me the problem with BG is that unless you yourself are playing BG regularly a lot of new cards and mechanics will confuse you since things happen way to fast
And I am finally proud of my skillful draft with Shaman. There were some difficult drafts: Tunnel Trogg, Totem Golem or 4 mana 7/7 and Maelstrom Portal, Lightning Storm or 4 mana 7/7. Picked seven 4 mana 7/7s. Went 12-0.
Title spoils it all: Kripp had a 12-0 Mage win. He won 425 gold and two packs. No legendaries though. Highlights: 10:25 Kripp thinks tomatoes are not vegetables. 10:45 Kripp thinks beans are not vegetables. You're welcome.
0:04 - [Talkerino] 2:13 - try and try again 4:21 - the right tools 7:25 - these new Priests 13:04 - risks must be taken 16:39 - hyper tempo 19:17 - the raid boss
Been watching Kripp a lot for a long time though this is the first time I am posting here.. This mage re-learning he was doing was one of the most interesting things I ever saw some pro-player do in Hearthstone. Really enjoyed it. Keep up the spirit dude!
In botanical terms vegetables do not exist, only fruits, roots, flowers, seeds and leaves. This is why tomatoes are fruits but so are eggplants and bell peppers. When it comes to the kitchen, vegetables are a fruit which you cook in a salty dish. So tomatoes are vegetables when you cook them for a salty dish. There you have it: Tomatoes are fruits until you cook them which makes them into a vegetable (unless it's for deserts).
"Lol haHAhaha screw you Kripp!" "Brode-y, you know what the team has said about going off and fucking with Kripp's RNG, step away from the computer!" "... Okay..." "I guess I'm going to have to help him now, aren't I...?" *Sigh* "Time for 12-0 I guess."
flash333 toxic sewer ooze is above average, only the 5/5 is subpar, score might be 66 but with a goos curve and no shiity cards its prob better than many higher score decks
You have to consider cards in the context of how they perform at high wins. Lots of Mages, Warlocks, Priests(-ish) and Paladins at high wins, all of which have AoE that destroys Doppelgangster. Sure, in a vacuum the card is pretty good, but synergy is rarely a factor in arena (especially stuff like hand buffing a specific card) and the more spread out stats are the less valuable they become (Kripp recently mentioned that he thinks Boulderfist Ogre is better than Big-Time Racketeer even though the latter is 7/7 of stats compared to 6/7). Again, I'm not saying it's a bad card (it's an amazing topdeck, for example), but it's bad in a lot of situations that become more common as you climb higher and higher in arena.
Andy Nyozha No. No, tomatos are not vegetables: if it has seeds it is definitionally a fruit. It gets SERVED with vegetables, but it has citrus in it naturally. Not a lot, but it is chemically closer to an orange than an onion. That said, it is correct that tomatos are not potatos.
Well, I thought that before but I'm quite sure it's wrong. I read that vegetables are either fruit either "root" etc... Vegetable is just a food name. Cucumber has seeds as well for instance. So a tomato is a vegetable AND also a fruit. Like many other fruit. That's why it's wrong to say "it's not really a vegetable". MrCaome is right, even if "berry-fruit" does not exist in French ;)
Botanist here - since "vegetable" doesn't really have any scientific meaning, aside from the fact that "vegetables" are plant matter, I don't see an issue with calling them vegetables. However, by that definition, potatoes are definitely vegetables as well. In the same way that tomatoes are both fruits (botanically) and vegetables (because vegetable doesn't mean much of anything), potatoes are tubers and vegetables as well. Now that that's out of the way, we can move onto more important matters, like people who call mushrooms "vegetables." Not even the right kingdom. You monsters.
kripp can you produce more card review videos like you used to? you seem to be pumping out more "look at my heartharena score" / "I did x in arena" videos.
"I know beets are very very good for you..." Oh, they are, if you don't happen to be a chronically under-hydrated fellow with a history of reduced kidney function. Mmmmm... all them tasty tasty oxalic acids... Yeah... crystallize right into dem nephrons...
i just did a 0-3 paladin with decent card, but couldnt do anything. I kept stumbling upon crazy deck with legendaries. Lost my second game to a druid that healed 23hp, comboed his beast cards like crazy. The last game was the worst, i got finished by anthonidas with the one mana spell that puts the 0/2 on plays. Damn today was awfull
what is that..it tells you best card of these 3cards you have to choose..so you dont know how to select deck in arena but it just tells you what to take?
susprisingly my past mage decks have been around 2-3 wins, but whenever i do other classes, i always average at about 8 wins, even got a 12-1 hunter arena. Is it just me or are mage decks in arena either too weak (against other mages) or over powered?
Yeah but increasing from a couple of bad 5's (faceless and stompike commando(?) spring to mind) to several more including one that can potentially lethal or set it up for opponent was almost certainly a design decision to limit the OP nature of the card. Not that its no longer OP just less so particularly in close games - you generally expect a 5 drop to trade decently but sometimes just wont be the case now
All that effort and it would still have been 100% possible to lose if that secret was barrier. And the then comments would have been filled with dumb dumbs screaming about how attacking is a misplay.
how the hell could it be a missplay if it as barrier anyways? he has to pop the secret eventually, so why would leaving it there better than popping it?
He would't pop it if he just hero powered it for one more turn. Although I disagree with op because chances are it's not barrier and every turn is incredibly precious against such a deck.
gulden I think you confused Ice Barrier with Ice Block. Barrier doesn't need to get "popped". It triggers if you attack. You can bypass it by heropowering the hp to 0.
I love how when kripp says he had to "relearn the class" like bro ur playing arena it's generally the same concept u aren't relearning shit maybe if u are playing a deck or class in constructed u need to "relearn it" lmao
Heartharena deck rating means nothing. I got a 77 rated draft with priest yesterday with "heavy" cards , went 2-3 because i couldnt't compete with basically constructed "Jade Shaman", a mage with 2 or 3 FP, same amount of FB , 1 blizzard and possibly a flamestrike cause you know, mages! and the other one was a paladin who topdecked me. I currently have a 66 mage draft sitting on 8-1. And, before you say "i'm bad" and shit, i must say i know im not the best player but i usually end up around 6-7 arena wins with a bad/decent deck.
mychannel because first of all, spider tank is a robot which gives sinergy to a lot of cards while darkbane has no tribe, second of all, there are no spells in mage that are worth targeting you own minions, if it were paladin which has a lot of buffs then darkbane would be better than spider tank.
+Will Coffee Thanks for the explanation; I guess that makes sense. I was thinking the mech tag doesn't mean much in arena, but I guess if there are no appropriate mage spells to trigger Eydis, spider tank is still a little better.
I love Kripp's BG content as well, but I have a lot of nostalgia from settling in at night watching these arena runs. Fun to come back and relive it :)
Same here!

Turn 4 faceless into turn 5 coin faceless into turn 6 faceless into turn 7 faceless and young dragon hawk.

You're welcome.
Kreygasm from Italy.
Tomatoes are not vegetables.
Spoilerino Kripperino tomatoes are fruit for real though
Beans are legumes though
All fruits are vegetables. What do you think they are instead? Animals or minerals?
12-0 with mage? You truly are THE HERO kripp.

12-0 only because you didn't meet any Pirate SMOrc warriors. They aren't only on ladder!
I would have went 0/3 with that deck.
gone
wood
Lhawga wrong in the hood
Ahhhhh good old vegan humbleness. Never change Kripp, never change.
Im not proud of my country
feelsbadman :(
if you were actualy brazilian you would call yourself "Braziliarino", not "brazilianrino"
Vitor Oliveira ta de zuera vei
Only country which is selling GTA 6 for PlayStation 2 .. so I think its preeety good I guess ;)
Vitor Oliveira or "brasiliarino"
I've never seen a human being yawn more than Kripp
Chairman Meow You've never seen me then.
Incoming "Yawnerino Kripperino."
Abuyin ibn Djadir you haven't seen me during exams...
Finally ashamed of 0-3 with Mage today. T.T
That last match was one of the most exciting I've seen in the last year in Hearthstone
Holy crap, that bear got entombed AND blastcrystal potioned, what a hero

got my first ever 12-0 yesterday with a 75.6 paladin, feelsgoodman
I loved near the end, "Noooo... Oh."
4:18 "Well that is a very piss poor deck." :-)

I've watched kripp for years and this is the first time i see that his logo forms a 'K'.
You forgot to add your twitch in the description
if i would be a streamer with a show like yours kripp, i would play that sunwalker at the end, just for the show
Haven't heard of any drops in mage winrates from adwcta, Merps or Ratsmah. Seems like Kripp's personal struggle.
Can someone make an "Kripp's face after getting hit by a car" emoticon?
Hi, what plug-in for arena Kripp use in this video?
4:17 "well thats a pretty piss poor deck" *goes 12-0*
"Well that's a really piss-poor deck." HAHAHA
10:25 the only proud part of this vegan video
Kripp needs the thrill of a bad deck to unleash his power.Playing with 74+decks just turns himself into "get-crushed-mode"
So I guess you can say he was PROUDmoore. Hahahahha
Please help me.
Xarxel I suggest going to the nearest supermarket and buying the biggest tub of bleech
"bleech"
"the deck quality wasnt good" damn.. i wish i get an arena draft withouth a single bad card..
He definitely had bad cards, some examples would be toxic sewer ooze or kabal crystal runner.
flash333 Doppel ganger kinda blows too
Constantine III How? It has 71 tier score, has mass buff synergy and by itself is five mana six/six stats.
flash333 toxic sewer ooze is above average, only the 5/5 is subpar, score might be 66 but with a goos curve and no shiity cards its prob better than many higher score decks

20:32 proves you are not your own worst enemy
what does he mean with playing star wars ? is it swtor or... ?
*FLAWLESS VICTORY*
I'd actually put eggplant on my favorite vegetable list...though I think it might be a fruit as it has seeds inside of it.
Cauliflower maybe?
what was the star wars game he has mentioned?
Ty for including pack opening
I found out that if you play kripps vid at 1.5 speed they run pretty smooth ^^
What "Star Wars"-Game is Kripp talking about?
What star wars game is it he is talking about in the video?!
11:15 Yeeeah, I love eggplant salad too. It looks really gross but it tastes amazing.
Tomatos are actually vegetables. Potatoes not.
They are considered vegetables, but botanically they are berry-fruits.
Andy Nyozha
No. No, tomatos are not vegetables: if it has seeds it is definitionally a fruit. It gets SERVED with vegetables, but it has citrus in it naturally. Not a lot, but it is chemically closer to an orange than an onion.

Andy Nyozha The only reason they are considered vegetables in the US is so we could tax their import.
Botanist here - since "vegetable" doesn't really have any scientific meaning, aside from the fact that "vegetables" are plant matter, I don't see an issue with calling them vegetables. I wish there were a manual filter setting so I could filter away the word "Kripperino".
Kripp runs all the kripperino accounts
What is the the thing that helps choose card picks
kripp can you produce more card review videos like you used to? you seem to be pumping out more "look at my heartharena score" / "I did x in arena" videos.
when kripp talks about star wars what game is he talking about
"I know beets are very very good for you..." Oh, they are, if you don't happen to be a chronically under-hydrated fellow with a history of reduced kidney function. Mmmmm... all them tasty tasty oxalic acids... Yeah... crystallize right into dem nephrons...
Which program Kripp uses to show the rank of card in the screen? Thx
"I got beans greens potatoes tomatoes". They made him to say these words in order to make a remix! EXPOSED!!11!1!
@Kripp: when you said at 10:25 that "tomatoes are not vegetable" you were kidding/trolling, right?
What Star Wars game is he talking about?
i have no idea but i'm as interested as you to find that out
star wars force arena is the name of the game
Anthony Mele came to the comments looking for the same thing , thanks for doing the research for us !
Rng and fancy lighting, that's hearthstone in a nutshell
what does he use when drafting to see the best value?
I just think Kripp is a nice guy. Would be fun to have a drink, and just chat.
i just did a 0-3 paladin with decent card, but couldnt do anything. I kept stumbling upon crazy deck with legendaries. This one was fire
The games start at 4:20
The true secret to 12-0
Magmaragerino should be pretty... enraged, because he didn't pick him when there was an opportunity.
I think Magma died, haven't seen him in ages.
he is really really PROUD.... over a deck in hearthstone... jesus..
14:11 "That is very objectively a bad mage deck" ... 12 - 0 :D
Its Not Bad, its Not good
what is that..it tells you best card of these 3cards you have to choose..so you dont know how to select deck in arena but it just tells you what to take?

TwiCaCaX someone answer this
wot wot
Firelands portal went from gamebreaking good to potentially really awful with additions like the doppelgangster and the bomb guy that does 5 to face
Technically irrelevant due to RNG.
Getting a Faceless Manipulator isn't much better.
Yeah but increasing from a couple of bad 5's (faceless and stompike commando(?) spring to mind) to several more including one that can potentially lethal or set it up for opponent was almost certainly a design decision to limit the OP nature of the card. Not that its no longer OP just less so particularly in close games - you generally expect a 5 drop to trade decently but sometimes just wont be the case now
kripp only reads the comments that make us look mean ;-;
Giovanni Lilla you've obviously never been in the stream because every comment is mean
Well, you are not wrong...
But Kripp, if people wanted to see your face hit by a car, they'd just tune in to your stream.
Potatoes aren't vegetables but nightshades and 'legumes' is french for vegetables right ? :')
I just had a random thought.
If you summon Icehowl and silence it, will it retain charge?
Knight Of Rage nope
poopy
Ah potato is a vegetable now? okay.
What Star Wars is Kripp talking about? Not SWTOR, right?
how to 12 win mage? draft 3 flamestrikes
How does he see these stats for cards?
Dunno if you can be proud of different drafting technique if it came mostly from heartharena with only few minimally different decisions.
whats the starwars thing hes talking about?
what programm do you use to show the rating of the cards in the arena???
HearthArena, you can install it as an Overwolf app
I only come here for the 'rinos
What app does he use while drafting?
tomatoes are apples didnt know that. :D
What do you use to see the Arena value of the cards Krip?
You need the overwolf app
xXKongregateXx Ah ok, no f*ck that. I'll just do without then
Don't have many 1 drops - Manawyrm being the only 1 drop ;)
"Well, that's a pretty poor deck."
Goes 12-0
All that effort and it would still have been 100% possible to lose if that secret was barrier. And the then comments would have been filled with dumb dumbs screaming about how attacking is a misplay.

gulden I think you confused Ice Barrier with Ice Block. Barrier doesn't need to get "popped". It triggers if you attack. You can bypass it by heropowering the hp to 0.
Wait why is Eydis worse than a spider tank they're both 3/3/4
you know what I just realized? card video games you can practice without even playing them haha
I love how when kripp says he had to "relearn the class" like bro ur playing arena it's generally the same concept u aren't relearning shit maybe if u are playing a deck or class in constructed u need to "relearn it" lmao

Onion is life!
Woot before the notification squad!
I'm in the recommended videos squad.
what starwars game ishe talking about?
what star wars is he talking about
what is this star wars game kripp is playing ?
ResidentSleeper Kripp talking about being vegan ResidentSleeper
4:40 missed hero power
So you actually think that potato is a vegetable but tomato is not ? :O
3:28 Wtf? How is Eydis Darkbane worse than spider tank? They're exactly the same, except Eydis has a bonus ability.
mychannel because first of all, spider tank is a robot which gives sinergy to a lot of cards while darkbane has no tribe, second of all, there are no spells in mage that are worth targeting you own minions, if it were paladin which has a lot of buffs then darkbane would be better than spider tank.
Willy Coffee i think you mean mech
+Will Coffee Thanks for the explanation; I guess that makes sense. I was thinking the mech tag doesn't mean much in arena, but I guess if there are no appropriate mage spells to trigger Eydis, spider tank is still a little better.
I love broccoli.
Pro tip for top comment: have "Kripperino" in your RUclips name
