Because the gravity is greater, the air pressure is also greater. If the pressure is high enough, the water will solidify even at room temperature. Therefore, in order to maintain a liquid state, the water would need to be heated to a point where the wood on the boat would undergo a redox reaction with the oxygen in the air and begin to burn. TL;DR: With the pressure caused by gravity, in order for the water to be a liquid, it would have to be hot enough to burn the boat.

Make actual mods or even better a planet mod for newer versions. Like starminer. The demand for planet/gravity mods is huge. 4:32 that is perfect for a mod. This gives me 2 executions for the same idea. Idea one: You make a planet dimension which is just flat like all dimensions and it has these sideways falling blocks as orbiting stuff because it’s cool. Maybe you can make them go 45° and have hem be meteors. Idea Two: You make them actually orbit around a sphere shaped planet not in its own dimension.

Yes, buoyancy is proportional to g, but higher g also increases a liquid resistance so those just cancel out each other. It's the same as to say that gravity force is proportional to mass, but as you can see, light and heavy objects fall down with the same speed
