He uploaded several underground black metal bands and he owns these releases (and he stated in the descriptions of these videos from the channel that if the artist didn't want one of these releases seen on RUclips, he'll delete the video upon request) and if you're not the original artist, then why did you say this?
@@Metallumtenebrarum-jt7rd I posted this because he was not responding on the video that contained MY music. He did respond when I put a copyright claim on it almost instantly. Within a day and took down both videos containing my music. He never responded to the comment on the actual video. and as a matter of fact, I did speak to the owner of this channel on Discogs and he claims to have a demo that contains my music that was stolen. Metal Archives AND Discogs are also now aware that it was stolen. Metal Archives completely removed the fake band and instead added mine. Discogs allowed me to update all the information on that bogus "demo" with the correct information and banned the "demo" from being sold on their site. This guy might have added the false information onto discogs as well. Not sure. the fake "demo" was credited as being released in 2001. I recorded my demo and released in 2002. The problem with this is the actual website of the label that released this "demo" is still up and has the ACTUAL release date of September 7th 2003. if that is not enough for you, I ALSO spoke to the guy who was credited for writing and recording MY MUSIC, the guy named "Nox". Spoke to him over the phone. He told me after apologizing that my music ended up in the hands of some con artist in Jersey who paid him $50 for a compilation of local bands, but he didn't know he was going to release any of it on his label. The guy, who WAS credited for creating the music I CREATED TOLD ME everything. The original demo can be found on soundcloud under Alloces Nebula with the original cover. Also, all this started when the vocalist on those recordings got a hold of me and told me someone had stolen my music and his lyrics. Not only do we still possess the original recordings, but also the lyrics that were never printed. Remember, the TWO big aces I have are original release date of my stolen work is a year after I released mine, and the man credited, Nox, admitted to everything to me. The false band was called Abysmal Desolation. a fake band who is now only found on discogs with a story explaining the theft. The only thing now is finding this label owner but it's been so long. Who knows he might be dead, jail, something. But the records show that his home, which was used for his label and address, is still owned by the same people who owned it since years before he started the label. He is the only person who I can take legal action against now.
@@tequilaghoul oh, yeah Oiceoptoma deleted the video, I thought that you replied for that Vide demo and you told me details of Alocer/Alloces Nebula and the fake Abysmal Desolation demo that stole Alocer's demo..
