@@phaokip983Lol the Indian govt made a mistake in grouping us all as Kukis, Nagas or Meiteis. That mistake was corrected in 1956 with the recognition of individual tribes. What happened before 1956 was a mistake made by British colonists, it is irrelevant now, now our true identities are correctly written as Thadous, Paites, Vaipheis, etc. Names like Kuki, Chin, etc are names given by outsiders, never our true identity, therefore they must be thrown away and our true identity should be accepted.
