    Love this Ugandan cooking fish!!! This food is incredible!! I'm ate fish in Kampala, a restaurant called Malakai lounge, amazing taste!!! greetings from Poland!!!

      In case you are wondering why we dont use alot of spices, the reason is to keep the natural taste. cuz I watch alot of west african food content but they use alot of spices, so this might have been strange to you

    I'm a new viewer to your channel and it's utterly fascinating! - the only other African food type vlogs I watch is Babatunde in Nigeria {Africa Everyday}.
    Your content is really good! Keep up the good work. Most of us Westerners don't know a single thing when it comes to African dishes or the way they are eaten - OK, that may not be quite true, but I think it's safe to say most Westerners think African food is just rice and cassava... So thank you for educating us all!

      How can I explain bitter berries..... hahaha... healthy wise....they are so useful to our bodies...... and most times they encourage ladies to boil them with some water...and drink it.......

      Excellent, I missed my flight one time due to traffic in Kawempe. I stayed overnight in a motel in Entebbe and got a takeaway. Next time I will come and eat in house.

    That type of food is not for all Ugandan you are not speaking for all Ugandan regions and tribes this one food is mainly a central bUganda food.

      I really don't get your point.... kabero might not even be a central dish....because you can also find it in some parts of western Uganda ....
      It's all about Ugandan foods......even if it's Acholi food....still it's Ugandan food....
      Unless you give more light to your point....but I don't get it....

      So simple begin buy saying guys ,Yes this is katogo a ugandan food but mainly eaten as staple food in most of western and central part of Uganda unlike in parts of East and northern their staple food is a combination of millet flour ,cassava flour,sorghum then maizeflour ,sweet potatoes and rice is just an alternative or a supplement then you conclude by saying matoke is not the most favorite food in most parts of Uganda

    Man that oil is too dark, been re-used too many times. Fresh fish deserves fresh cooking oil… it’s only right.
