So Beautiful! I suddenly found myself at age 60 with no job after working my whole life... I am going back to making and selling jewelry and various other "crafty" things... Your tutorials are so very helpful to me! I appreciate the time you take on each one! Just AWESOME!
I use 18 or 20 gauge nickel silver wire. I like the 18 gauge, but it is harder to bend. If you're going with silver, then.035 sterling soft round would be my choice. Thanks for watching!
Easy to follow the direction without captions but have not try myself yet. I read your comments which help me on gauge for silver wire. We can use different colors.
Hi - Many of the pieces demonstrated in my videos (and most of my practice pieces) are in nickel silver, but anything that will be worn is made in sterling silver or gold. Nothing is wasted! I keep my scraps and after a time have the option to bring them to a shop that will assay precious metals. Thanks for your question and kind feedback! -Ross
I am very impressed with your videos. Thank you for posting them. I would love to ask you what tools you are using if you don't mind. They look very thin in design and I would love to find some like them. Again, thanks for posting these videos.
Beautiful, you made it look so easy! Could I ask, what do you do with the offcuts? If you use silver or gold you can't wast it!! Or is it just plated wire?
Thanks so much for the tutorial! They are really pretty! I am going to try ! May I ask what ga of wire you used? It looks like 18 or 20. Thanks! Andria
sorry one more thing is that 18 gauge wire? I have found it too thick i like the finer wire but don't know the "wording" for harder or softer wires yet. will that design be study enough with like a 20 or 22 gauge? I make finding outta 22ga
Can I kidnap you for ohh I don's know about a year?? I make "stuff" its not really good looking but my friends and fam like it. My best Friend is always giving me things to try to make earrings for her so I am always tryign differet things. no I don't what to sell stuff then i HAVE to make them, and it takes the fun outta it..I jump from one new thing to another. lol Thank you
Nice tutorial. Easy to understand, always easier to learn something if you can watch the process at the same time you're hearing the instructions.
Thank you for showing us how to make these, Ross! I can hardly wait to start a pair of them!

Hi - 20 gauge is fine for wire work, but 22 gauge is just too thin to be durable for most pieces. Good luck and thank you for watching and commenting!
