Resurrection of the Scourge is the third campaign of Turnro’s series of alternate Warcraft 3 campaigns. Its story immediately follows from Jeopardy for the Horde.
Throughout Resurrection of the Scourge, the story will refer to several key events that occurred in The Adventures of Rowan the Wise and Jeopardy for the Horde, revealing important events that have so far been hidden from the story. You will also encounter some familiar characters from both these Campaigns.

Surely Kil'jaeden's voice is so good that makes his WoW voice look flawled.
Frankly the Warcraft 3 voices, even AI generated sound much better then then WoW ones, but what to expect from blizz when making cartoony af villains and bosses.

There is no way because the campaign is protected which means I am unable to edit maps and add voices to it. And the author doesn't want to open his campaign which is understandable. I can still share the voices if anyone is willing to remake this campaign as a SC2 mod.

Nope. I didnt talk to the map author myself. He only said that he will be doing his own ai voices for his campaigns.
