- In this video I show 22 Insane details in Red Dead Redemption 2 Part-3 made and edited by me (GameBest) for this video I spent about 3 days looking for details in the game.

3 years and still it's better and a lot more detailed than many games from 2020 or 2021. Rockstar is truly an artist!!

I doubt that open world games in 2022, 2023 or even 2025 can have these many details. Why? Not because other developers can't do that but that's about the money and time to spend.
Usually an open world game takes 3 or 4 years to make, this amount of time and money only allows developers to make a game (graphics, story, combat, a little details), not more than that (other details, deep side stories, ...)
Rockstar otherwise gave 8 years to make rdr2, they spent maximum of time and money on it, not to make a game, but a masterpiece.
Just look at Ubisoft's open worlds, bland story, copy-paste maps, ... only 2-3 years to have a new far cry or assassin creed game.
Many games? Lol there hasnt been any really really high profile games in 2020 and 2021 except Cyberpunk and Valhalla. There are no other rivals

This is speculation, but Arthur was supposed to look more grizzled and older in the beta which could be why he has all these lines about looking ugly.

Yeah, he was supposed to be presumably somwehere in his mid 40s and just generally more grizzled and angrier because his son would've froze to death in the opening.

7:52 The detail for me isn't even the kidnapping but rather the little invisible hug Arthur does as the lady is fleeing, I've never seen that before and it makes me feel bad for Arthur.
haha i think that was a glitch, usually the lady flings herself onto you with a grateful hug for saving her life. But thats only when she isnt harmed by you (this person killed the horse so she fell off and wouldve been hurt, and didnt hug Arthur)

I thought that as well, but Arthur looked so genuinely dissapointed that she left him hanging lol that I started doubting whether it was a glitch or intentional animation, especially that he does it as she starts to/runs off.

I remember the first time playing this gem. I was stunned how realistic it feels. I sold it and bought it again later when I realized it was meant to be played over and over. There are so so many things to do and discover. Red dead redemption 2 will stay with me forever.
Bro I played 200 hours of rdr2 and I sold it because a dude offered me God of War and black ops 4 for free if I gave him rdr2, and guess what that's the biggest mistake I did and now I regret it and I miss my favorite game 😔

The amazing part about the guy got up after he got knocked out for a while is not the got up part, but the way he walked after he got up and the fact he looked around like he was still confused and shocked about what just happened to him! Truly amazing!
People don’t always get back up after getting knocked out though.

and saying “why is it always me” or something like that
The reason Arthur’s throat moved while drinking is because the whole game was motion-casted, meaning the voice actors also acted out all of the actions, including drinking. So cool.
I think that's just animated though, but it could be motion captured but probably not by Arthur's actor though.
It's been 3 years and I'm still finding things out about this game.

Don't know if this will amuse anybody but in some industrial areas , you can see that rainbow color thing caused by oil on top of water

OH so that’s why it’s rainbow colored! I always thought it was a glitch, but now seeing that it’s part of the game is sick!
The water droplets really impressed me when I first saw it in-game, seems small but adds so much.
that's relevant with most really detailed games, it isn't the big things that make it stunning but rather the accumulation of small ones

The water drops are cool! It reminds me of when I was a kid when raining then I had to watch the rain cause I can't play outside. So cold and chill.

The dead stag fight was CRAZY! The realism truly IS insane.
Almost 4 years later. Still the most detailed game I’ve EVER played. Best story. Best characters. It’s tied with Elden Ring (in my opinion) for map design/creativity/immersion. NPCs react differently with it seems every RUclipsr I’ve watched. More than likely due to honor/dishonor level. Hate to give a game a perfect 10/10 but truly I believe this is the exception.
the worldbuilding, detail and immersion in RDR2 are ahead of anything else imo. I dont think its perfect though, the missions are very linear and hold your hand a lot, tell you exactly what to do. I feel they would have been better if you had more freedom in how to do them. the storyline is great but I enjoyed almost everything else in the game more than actually doing the main story missions.
Map design maybe, but graphics? Detail? Characters, storyline, etc!? Doesn't even come close to red dead.
That ear cartilage one was one I didn't notice bro you got one hell of a eye to spot that one and did anybody realize how much faster the horses started to run when the whole load of logs fell off👀
Rockstar takes 10/10 in making these small details in any game

Arthur's shirt is stained with blood, where the corpse he was carrying was slung over, implying it bled on him.

This is basically a real-life simulator at this point
With the poisoned fish, not only does the text tell you but the fish actually look terrible. There are several places where you can catch different kinds of poisoned fish. Elysian Pool, the pond at Saint Denis park, the water along the boardwalk in Annesburg. I've never tried to cook and eat one, but I imagine it would make Arthur vomit kinda like poisoned plants do.

I started playing today and i saw a lot of details on the water, the threes, the npcs, and of couse, the graphics are amazing (sorry for my english)

The most rare thing I saw once was when I just started playing again. I was getting used to the controls and while riding I accidentally shot my pistol in a random direction. The game showed I got an animal kill and when I rode up to it I saw a dead rabbit. But what so rare is another rabbit hopped up to his dead friend, stopped and began rubbing his face in mourning.
Rabbits rub their face to clean themselves. Lmao

The train driver wouldn't be able to see them but with a cart or nowadays a car they would and probably if they saw it they wouldn't be able to stop in time maybe depends how fast and how far you are from the cart or car
It isn't a "cool detail". It's a game mechanic. It's featured in a story mission on robbing trains and is a way to stop a train and rob it in free roam.
The deer antlers entangled, the animation on the deer trying to get lose. Bravo

You can talk to the police to avoid an arrest, that's an incredible detail, there is also a better known one that you can intimidate witnesses so they don't report anything to the police.
Here's a detail. If you shoot a deer with a poison arrow, it dies but then if an eagle or vulture feeds on it, it dies too. Not sure if this is true but it's Rockstar so it could be

not that unrealistic, trains back then running on coal were way slower that trains nowadays, so the mechanic of the locomotive actually had plenty of time to stop the train and avoid an accident.
