I think the earliest iteration of the Astolfo Phenomenon was in the 1600s. Don Juan was so much of a charismatic womanizer that his name later turned into the meaning of someone who could make a woman fall for him easily. Originally, people would usually refer Don Juan as the character. It wasn't until the Poem "Don Juan" made by Lord George Gordon Byron 200 years later did the name Don Juan turned into the term Don Juan.

Before, I thought Nimrod also meant stupid/idiot so when I first came across the character, I was surprised that the writers would name such a terrifying character an idiot. Nimrod is pretty much Fate material.
He's a Babylonian King, God of Hunters, and a descendant of past Uruk nobility, including Nebuchadnezzar and Gilgamesh.
The Tower of Babel would suit him as a Noble Phantasm, but he was actually recorded to have been gifted the Sharur, a powerful mace that belonged to the Sumerian God of Hunting Ninurta, and was stolen by Ishtar as a trophy, and eventually returned to its "rightful place" beside Nimrod, making him the new God of Hunters.
The Tower of Babel is an interesting broken Aesop. Nimrod believed Babylonians were the superior tribe, so he built the titular tower to become the academic, economic and bureaucratic center of his kingdom - a testament to Babylonia being the center of civilization and unifier of past kingdoms. God struck his tower down for his hubris and collectively punished humanity by taking away all of our common language, dividing us.
