Love the ending and that they had a proper good bye. This show is iconic and impactful for generations to come. I salute the entire cast and crew..8 seasons wasn't long enough..
It's been a journey since season 1 to now, sad they couldn't extend it to 10 seasons but it's alright. The Johnson's will always be here and make a difference in society. It's been a great journey. Farewell black-ish, we will miss you... 💯

I love the way they swerved us at the end. It went from a funeral vibe to a dancing party in the street. A very fun and lighthearted way to end a classic show :).
@@natrlchallenge just the roses everyone put in there when saying what they remembered and were gonna miss about the house, the casket was more symbolic than anything else since it was the end of an era for the Johnson family leaving the only home those kids have ever known and the end of an era for us as viewers saying goodbye to a show that we love.
Am I missing something because honestly I I kinda don't like that they felt they had to move out because of the white lady. Was hoping their neighbors would finally start to truly accept them or that the family would say screw it and would stick to the idea that this was their home and no one was going to drive them away from it and anyone who had a problem with it was their problem. They moved to a wealthy black neighborhood sure but it still seems like kinda a weird message to go out on.
Finally a TV show that has an amazing ending and gives closure to fans. Thank You Blackish cast and crew for 8 of the greatest seasons of any show that you gave to us!!
I cried because I know this is the last show. This show is/was Black Excellence represented weekly for 8 years! Love this show…. Can you recall Dre’s (i.e. Anthony Anderson) speech at work on how he felt when Sen Hilary Clinton lost the Presidential Election or the episode regarding the celebration of Juneteenth amongst several other outstanding episodes. Blackish did black culture right; while schooling others in the process!🤩🤩🤩
I cried too because this show reminds me of honesty , hardwork ,family and the challenges life offers this show made me feel at home with how réalistic à family setting is the most touching épisode was when rainbow and dre almost divorced we saw how it affected them as a family although they didn't take it to depth it was the most powerful épisode in my opinion i´ll greatly miss this show but hoping one day to have a family like this in the near future🥺😫♥️♥️
Going out in true extra Andre Johnson style 😂I managed to keep it together till all the crew and families came in and Stevie started singing. Phew! What a great journey. Congrats to everyone involved in bringing Black-ish to use for 8 seasons!
Blackish was a beautiful show that should be on everyone’s recommended list. I am thankful that we had 8 years of laughs, deep thoughts, tears and absolute joy with Dre and Beau’s family. Each year has been an honor and a pleasure. I wish the cast and crew members of blackish a prosperous future and thanks for a amazing years of excellent television 🥲.
What I love about this ending is they did a version of what The Cosby Show did to end their series. Instead of Bill and Phylicia walking off stage to the audience and fellow cast members, the entire Black-ish family (cast and crew) walked out together in a New Orleans-style bash. I loved it!
These last 8 seasons were amazing and quite a journey. I am so sad that this show is coming to an end, this show taught us so much about what's happening in the world. I wish them good luck in their new chapters of their lives.
A beautiful cast. They have to bring them back in on some future programs, tv shows in the future. It dedicated deserves to have a reunion , special episodes etc , of my favorite tv shows
this was as close to The Cosby Show as we’re ever gonna get. Their ending reminds me of The Cosby Show’s final dance across the stage into the audience and out of the stage doors, I wasn’t born during The Cosby Show but it’s one of my all time favorite black sitcoms (heck sitcoms period) and Black-ish was definitely a close contender ♥️ what a beautiful way to go out
@Uhhh Yeah different strokes for different folks, I think Bill was going for light hearted whereas Black-ish could really tackle and talk about real life issues, I know I wasn’t born back then but judging by the era, it doesn’t seem likely that the show would’ve ran as long had they tried. I love The Cosby Show, it’s wholesome, it didn’t and still doesn’t need anything added to it to live up to its iconic style. I also think it’s cool Black-ish and the Cosby Show ended w 8 seasons ♥️
Thanks to the entire cast and crew of Black-ish. It has been an incredible ride full of laughs and lessons. This show made me so proud, I will miss The Johnsons. One of the best tv families ever!!! #iconic

Yes ikr, it’s so bittersweet the good and the bad, wish it could at least made to season 9 at least. Most black tv programs don’t even make it 5 years or longer. Yet white programs still show reruns all the time, like the Big Bang theory for example. They couldn’t find enough time/money for a season 9
