That's so cool that you can use banana instead of non-dairy butter to make the dough. I totally agree about pop tarts being endlessly more delicious with more filling. This looks fabulous!
I came across your channel by fluke - you've got so many good videos/recipes! How is it possible that I've never stumbled upon your channel before?? I'm so glad I did today. Can't wait to try your recipes. Planning to make the Oreo cookies next weekend for a family dinner.
+Jelliebe Well I'm so happy you found my little corner of the internet, thank you! The Oreos are definitely a good place to start, everyone who's tried them seems to love them so far! Let me know how it goes :)
We just made these pop tarts ... super yummy!! We didn't bother to make jam, we just filled them with freshly blended fruit, and drizzled melted chocolate chips and powdered sugar icing on top. Thanks so much for this recipe! :D
I was looking forward to making these for a few days now. And wow I was not disappointed, these are so amazing!! I just ate three! Thank you! Super impressed by how amazing the dough tastes too, and how it's just banana and no butter.😻😻😻 will be making again in the future for sure!
+Jayla Cabrie Yay!! You are the first one to leave feedback on these, so I'm always anxious to hear what other people think! The banana trick is one of my favorites, great for pie crusts too :) Enjoy and thanks for taking the time to let me know!
+Trinity's Conscious Kitchen Thank you! These guys did not want to photograph easily! I realized that you need that inside jammy angle to really make them look enticing :)
Love all your recipes 😍😋 Can you make a cinnamon roll using chicpeas flour. Can't seems to find any on the internet. Thanks for always sharing your recipes. Karen from Jamaica 🇯🇲
girl I love your creativity!! you really deserve more viwes and subscribers! is there any other flour I can substitute the tapioca with? maybe potato or corn starch? because I can't really stand the smell and flavour of tapioca (it reminds me of the bitter medicines I used to take when I was a kid)
Your cooking reminds me of Peaceful Cuisine. The recipes I've been watching up to now keep blowing my mind! I had always thought it would be impossible to find your kind of recipes, so I was extremely dumbfounded when I stumbled into your channel. It's really amazing that you're gluten free too :-]
this is amazing! I loved poptarts when I was younger and in the US, so guess I need to try this out! (: I'm amazed by how you come up with these recipes, so yum!
That frosting is just coconut whipped cream, but actually at this point I prefer and would recommend this glaze instead: www.feastingonfruit.com/gingerbread-loaf/
+Marianne P In this recipe it is a pretty important ingredient, so I'm not sure anything will work in place of it. If I had to guess my best suggestion would be cornstarch or maybe white rice flour, but I cannot guarantee it will work.
I've just made these with cornstarch, they turned out really good, except for the taste was too starchy.... I could feel the flour in there.... will it be the same with tapioca? My husband ate them all at once😅
Please attempt vegan crepes!! I have tried and tested dozens of crepe recipes (and I try to stay away from using oil) which have left me annoyed and frustrated.
+Thea Owens Ooh that's a tricky one, I'll experiment though! Have you tried this recipe: www.unconventionalbaker.com/recipes/easy-basic-sweet-savory-crepes-gluten-free-dairy-free-egg-free/
i. am. going. to. fill. these. with. chickpea. cookie. dough. AND IT WILL BE HEAVEN Edit: Does the dough taste like bananas? Not that bananas aren’t delicious...🤣

Feasting on Fruit Making them this Sunday for Easter. If I can get gluten free flour. If not can I use a mixture of oat, coconut, rice flour?
+Steph Payn You can certainly try it, but I have no idea if that will work as I haven't done it myself and that's not a blend I've ever used. Sorry :(
this is amazing! I loved poptarts when I was younger and in the US, so guess I need to try this out! (: I'm amazed by how you come up with these recipes, so yum!

+Life Of A Vegan Teenager Aww thank you
please can you tell me which frosting are you using on the top?
That frosting is just coconut whipped cream, but actually at this point I prefer and would recommend this glaze instead: www.feastingonfruit.com/gingerbread-loaf/
thanks!
Do you have a vegan apple streusel?
I don't unfortunately, do you mean studded or streusel like a crumble?
What can i use to substitute tapioca flour?
+Marianne P In this recipe it is a pretty important ingredient, so I'm not sure anything will work in place of it. If I had to guess my best suggestion would be cornstarch or maybe white rice flour, but I cannot guarantee it will work.
Could I replace the bananas with a dairy free butter?
I can't say for sure if a 1-for-1 sub will work here, so you'll have to try it and see!
I've just made these with cornstarch, they turned out really good, except for the taste was too starchy.... I could feel the flour in there.... will it be the same with tapioca? My husband ate them all at once😅
I do find tapioca starch to have less of a starchy flavor, yes. So maybe try that next time! Ha well I'm glad to hear they didn't go to waste :)
Thank you for your reply! I will make them again today and will follow your instructions this time😅 they taste even better the next day!
Can I use whole wheat flour???
Sure! You won't need the tapioca starch, so just replace both with wheat flour :)
@@FeastingonFruit ok thank you!!!
you're so smart
+Sophia Mendoza Thank you! xx
Oh yeeeeeeees.
+Muriel Vittori :)

This would be great with blueberry and lemon.
+Finn Starr Blueberry is what I want to try too! I went with strawberry because it's classic, but I think lemon blueberry would be awesome :)
+Feasting on Fruit Yeah! Or even pumpkin cheesecake sounds amazing. Endless possibilities. Great recipe.
+Finn Starr Heck yeah, that sounds great!

Edit: Does the dough taste like bananas? Not that bananas aren’t delicious...🤣
GENIUS🙌 And no, doesn't taste banana-y after baking!
