i think what sacy said really nails home what zellsis said when he was joined sentinels. sentinels may have its ups and down, but i atleast know that they treat their staff and player with respect and care. i think sentinels is the only other team (apart from PRX) to have a good internal relations with their players.
i have to give a lot of credit to rob the ceo because he's fostered the kind of environment that cares about their staff and their staff care for each other which is huge
