Hey! So I have a quick question I have irregular periods and every time I go to the doctor they are suggesting birth control pills but I’m nervous and I’m scared of the side effects I was wondering if I should be hesitant with considering it?

Hi there! There is nothing wrong with not wanting to start birth control. It is not the long term solution to address irregular periods. It's important to get to the underlying cause of your irregular periods which is typically a hormonal imbalance. Check out this video to learn more:ruclips.net/video/L-lwEXaAn4s/видео.html . I also offer virtual hormonal balance sessions to go into this further!
