What's the BIG DEAL about the Nintendo 2DS?

I know ppl are keen to see the Arcade machine in its final form.... but just bear with me fora few morev days whilst we get it finished
After getting my NDS and 3DS i finally caved to Jesse's nagging to get a 2DS... but was it worth it?

Yea it was a good price and sweet that it's modded, but I just see it as a worse 3DS with a smaller screen. At least it'll look nice on my shelf haha

I never cared about the 3D aspect but I didn’t get this because I honestly didn’t like the design. I owned the DS from launch and liked how you can angle it to what your preference is. The 2DS is “nah son, you will have it flat and like it!”

Totally agree! Too bulky, doesnt fold down, smaller screen and plays the same games as the 3DS... seems pointless!

2DS is rugged and can be thrown around by the kids. They will love it. Bulky yes, unbreakable yes. FBI is where you download more games
