    Well it's gonna have to be a lot more than breathwork. BTEA: beliefs -> thoughts -> emotions -> actions.
    Anxious attachment is stemming from some belief that you're not safe if the relationship you're being hyper vigilant about doesn't work out. So maybe the belief chain is "I'll never meet another person like this again, and I'll be alone forever and I won't be safe" which leads to the thought of "I have to make sure there's no rift between us" which leads to anxiously attached behavior and emotions. Solving the emotional physiology without reprogramming your underlying flawed beliefs won't fully resolve the attachment. You need to realize that actually you're gonna be safe regardless of whether this relationship you're anxious about works out or not.

    I struggle with this in my relationships and have been working on self soothing and distinguishing valid feelings from my anxiety. Your videos have helped a lot. I appreciate it Connor.
