People who have done bad things get ill. Wether this portrayal is accurate I'm unsure. I think what they should have done is run through the reality of what happens in this situation. The Leukemia add on was unnecessary.

this happens in real life, my abuser got cancer and died, police refused to bring him in for questioning because he was ill, they didnt care he was part of the reason i was ill and why my health was so bad as he preached against doctors and medication, leaving me without vital surgeries, treatments, but he was ill, i never got justice!!

Oh for OA’s sake JJ “Devereuax 😂” you can’t even be serious about having People feel sorry or have sympathy for you by saying that you’re better off dead and you’re still manipulative with this whole leukemia thing you still need to get what’s coming to you and death won’t be apart of it. Poor Frankie I get she was wanting to drop the charges and all but if she did he’ll continue doing what he did to her and she’ll continue giving him power over her good thing Nancy was able to stop her from doing that when she was at the police station I’m really glad she decided to continue going along with the trial. Darren you seriously have the nerve to even start thinking about feeling a bit sympathy for JJ yes I know he’s your Son but Frankie’s your Daughter he’s using this to manipulate you I really enjoyed that scene with Darren and Mercedes they’re really good Friends and I’m also glad she bonded with Frankie last week but I wish she’d tell JJ to do the right thing as well and she also would’ve understood about this too considering she’s got bowel cancer (even though I’m still wondering how she got it along with how JJ got his leukemia. I wonder if anyone in his Family has had leukemia before and that’s how it happened) still it would’ve been good to have seen her talk some sense into him about doing the right thing. Hopefully he’ll get the right amount of treatment he needs and he’ll get better then continue going onto the trial and serve his time I have high doubts he’ll be returning and redeemed. 😒
