@@nickybaker1338 I used to have crippling anxiety a year ago. Now I pray the Rosary every morning and read the bible. I still have a little anxiety but it has gone from 90% to 5%. If I had gone to the doctor no doubt he would have put me on xanax.

That's called anxiaty, something you canno't control and it is part of mental health, whish is important as physical health.
I get scan anxiety too. Unless you are going through it nobody can judge. Being told not to worry is sooooo not helpful! I get scans and ultrasounds every six months and the week of my stomach is a wreck with worry. I totally understand! Sending u lots of love and positivity!! ❤️

My husband’s follow up lung CT w/contrast is in a week, blood and Doctor visit two days later. Metastasized colon cancer, 12 rounds of chemo, part of lung removed and nervous for results.
Hope he gets good results

I have my 6 month lung scan on March 18th. Sometimes I catch myself worrying. Then I quickly push it out of my brain and clean like a mad woman!

Hi Tiffany, I have so much trouble shutting off by brain and just quieting my thoughts. I do believe this is quite common for most women. I have started putting on a white noise machine at night and first thing I do when I wake up is listen to positive meditation on my phone. It has helped me so much, so maybe give it a try. Sending loving thoughts and a hug!

Unfortunately, for those of us that have had cancer, every time we go for scans or blood tests, it’s always a worry. I hate it. I just try to keep a positive attitude, live my best life and pray.

Tiffany research about kefir. Kefir is so good for gut health, I love it! I made my own kefir for a few months.
I've been wanting to make my own kefir, but I feel intimidated! Is it difficult to get it right?
I love, love, love kefir! I have some every day and it is absolutely great for gut health. It's quite easy to make, but there are so many good brands out there, I usually end up buying it
I'm a real advocate for kefir.
Just leave a little Kefir in a glass bottle and add milk of your choice,leave on benchtop for 2 days and you have more Kefir.@@christinelamb1167
Kefir’s easy to make. You need a kefir starter, it looks like yoghurt with pieces in. You add full cream milk or water, I prefer milk. Leave it for ? hours till it thickens. Pour through a sieve, what’s left in the sieve you use to make your next batch. You can liquidise fruit with the kefir if you want. I just drank it cold out of the fridge.

I’ve got a few to read. I’ve got all her books and all her DVD’s. Her writing makes it so easy to just get straight into the storyline.

Im working out quite hard 2,5-3 hours cardio every day, and I think I might eat more than you do in a week. (About 4000 kcal every day) 😅

It's nice to get out and feel normal. I find it difficult to empty the noise in my head, but I tried hatha yoga, I'm not bendy lol but I do the breathing exercises and find it really does help, which I was gobsmacked at, I was a major sceptic before I tried it. I think it helps to focus your mind and give yourself goals, but don't beat yourself up if they fall through, life gets in the way for all of us. Have a great week Tiffany and don't listen to negativity for negativity's sake, some people just can't be positive. 💕💕💪 you've got this!

There is no point to worry about an unknown outcome to something you have no control over, what will be will be. Focus on the Present moment, the people who are with you, and enjoying every single moment
A book that has helped me immensely to learn to LIVE with my cancer diagnosis and my upcoming brain surgery is a book called Meditations by Marcus Aurelius, I realllly recommend it to anyone going thru the same situations we are or any situation really where they could benefit from positive guidance and direction.

Kefir is great for gut health, I make my own Kefir with kefir grains that I ordered on line five years ago. They are still going strong after five years and I can have Kefir forever, as long as I take care of my Kefir grains. I no longer buy bottles of Kefir from the store like I use to do.

Tiffany please take care you do need to slow down your mum is so worried about you I know you like to keep moving but your body as taken a big blow to it with all the surgery.
