No, they became dogmatic by adhering too much LIGHT SIDE traditions, which can harmful when the nuance isn’t considered.
This was Qui Gon’s issue, he didn’t think the Jedi were becoming evil, he just knew the dogma had gone too far and no one was questioning it.
Yoda also knew things were not right, this is WHY the Darkside prevailed so easily, the Jedi were so fearful of exploring the darker side of themselves that they were easily confused and manipulated by Palpatine.

You do know they were going to pay him a certain amount for Iron Man 2 And Iron Man 3 each film incrementally more $ than the previous one it was allegedly written in his contract but then they dropped him and got don cheto
