Thanx for your good podcasts. I am a french guy born in 1962, grown on MAX SUGARED diet ( soda, candy, chocolate, sweet concentred milk, white bread, pasta, pudding, cake, ice cream, potatoe...) I ingested a lot of sugars of any sort, but i mean : a LOOOOOOOOOT! Internet, youtube, and other sources of dietary informations were nearly inexistence to our family. But now, with only 10 teeth left in my mouth and a chronic hunger, my humble ass is realising that i am lucky to still be alive at 62. I am wondering if i can recover from such a deadly diet ? I believe YES and do my best to rebirth from my carbonised hashes.....YES i still can FLY high ! Peace & love
Being 45 year old, I have had last 10 years bottom normal T levels, both total and free(by age I have 90 year old levels). I have had chronic fatigue with almost all other low T symptoms. I have been in and out from doctor's office with no help, because I'm normal. Living in Norway, here is no TRT Clinics and our official doctors will not start to treat you for optimal levels.
He says free T to be on 20-25, my levels are 7.
Lift weights("powerbuilding" focus), light cardio. More meat in the diet
Plus eggs, get more sun or if there is not much sun then take cod liver oil, zinc, magnesium, avoid plastics as much as possible, dont eat processed foods, try not to wear polyester and other clothes made from plastic, wear cotton, linen etc., do some kind of martial arts even if its juts light boxing on the bag, dont watch porn, dont masturbate, take cold showers, have sex & you should see crazy improvements
