What they are not telling you is with all water buffer systems you are better getting an RO machine. As the tapwater is rubbish. The system is good and viable and will produce results without RO. in order to supercharge the plants you need clean pure water.

TheGrow Boss you do a res change every 7/10 days and do you mean the flexi tank mix it your self or get a circulation pump pretty simple it will get mixed once it flows into head pot as there’s an air stone in there

using sloped pots with bulkheads that are not designed for that applications is not advised

I think that's why they are using such small circulating pipe diameter, because 25mm isn't too large to not fit inside the curvature of the pot.
Almost ALL other high performance RDWCs have 2½ - 3½" PVC pipe and similar bulkheads, though they make their systems with square shaped pots. connecting a system of the same layout with smaller diameter piping (as shown here) seem to work with exactly the same outcome as far as quality and consistence go to the best of my knowledge. The only benefits to having a RDWC with 3" piping is the easiest for the water to move in more freely, and be easier to clean and maintain. The easier that water flows around in the system the less work the pumps are having to do, meaning less heat. Restriction is an energy consumer, as too is heat, the two of the most important things to keep in mind when you throw a system together.

This system is not a Recirculating Deep water culture. It is a simple Deep water culture system, and a bunch of unnecessary pipe, there is nothing to push water. No water pump. Just a water supply available to the first pot, and that pot feeds the next pot, and so on.. this is horrible? Wouldn't it be? well a very bad method because the more pots U have the more fucked up U will get. The middle pot will draw water from the first pot, the last will draw water from the middle pot, etc. Theoree shows the pot will have half the amount of the nutrients as the pot supplying it. And it will only continue.
If I'm wrong, I'd love to be told how you figure this. And if I'm missing something about how this system works let me know. But it makes sense as so why CURRENT CULTURE Undercurrent XL is the only tested and proven champ in the field, others can only copy. Or make drastic gimmicks as this surely was and probably why the company went bust.

Hi Mark, thank you for providing a summary of our features, however there are some inaccuracies in what you have relayed. The current ALIEN RDWC system does include a water pump in the header pot. You can view the system here - ruclips.net/video/eUpNSlO44Bw/видео.html. Technical information is also available via our website. Here is an example.
