It was! The V2 [released just this year] incorporates many improvements over the V1 ... you should check it out - no videos yet but here's a link to the website and relevant page ... cch2o.com/products/hydroponic-systems/under-current/uc4xxl13/
anybody know the o ring size for the 2 inch bulkhead uc spin nut like the one at the beginning of the video? my kit didn't come with those o rings. it only came with the interior ones that are attached to the 2 inch pvc.
Great animation, unfortunately your filter output and your pump output are going to leak because you wrapped your teflon tape in the wrong direction on those two fittings.
No, with 30in between the middle of each bucket you'd want a 6x6 at least and even at that you'd have to arrange it so that the epicenter [ control bucket ] was situated _outside_ the tent ... and that can mean you'd have to cut a hole in your tent. Most tents have ventilation holes but rarely in the position needed to run the 3in pipe in to the delivery manifold. Even if you have space in your tent for the epicenter, it's still better to keep it outside for a variety of reasons. You can check the EC/PH and level of the system without having to open the tent. It's also good to keep all heat-generating appliances outside the growspace too - like water pumps, air pumps, light ballasts and chillers. The only things generating heat that should be inside the growspace is your light(s) and stir-fans, which don't generate _that_ much heat. If you're thinking of purchasing one of these the best thing to do is engage in a conversation with CCH2O support staff - they're very helpful and really will help you to make the best use of your available space as possible. The more you plan your upgrade out the better it will be for you in the end friend :)
Bro buy the buckets drill them buy the pipe from Home Depot and fit it ! My buddy has 4 13 gallon ez store buckets that he built the same system for half the price yes you can get four in there but remember about humidity you need space for the dehu and a fan
I don't recall. It's been that long since I worked on it I just don't remember but at least a couple of days on a quad core 3.0GHz with 8GB of ram. I'm glad you like it. Thanks.
Are you impressed with a product or just a video because the product is shit you will get halfway through a grow and unless you are pulling out roots and cutting them off you will be clogging up and overflowing plants dying it's a fucking fiasco not to mention they don't tell you that you have to spend another three or six hundred on a chiller depending on how many buckets are running on top of the $2,000 they are charging these people are thieves
@@RIPMYFRIENDMISSINGYOUEVERYDAY Sounds like you're trying to grow trees in 8gal buckets. Small buckets are for small plants - big buckets are for big plants. This system is awesome ... with nutrients available to the plant 24/7 plants can grow to their fullest potential and, depending on the strain, that may very well be too much for the smaller systems to handle. Don't be mad ... I know they cost a lot but believe me it's worth it. One or two solid grows will see the system pay for itself. Regarding the chiller .... man it's up to you to be aware of your local environment and know whether or not you'll need a chiller. Sounds like you went into this head first and didn't consider all those variable that _need_ to be considered. The sad thing is if you'd rang the company and spoken with them first they'd have gladly helped you to make better choices. They're a great company, very helpful.
Best system on the market by far! 3inch pipes ang going to clog, this was very well thought out.

My apologies ahead of time if this is apparent, but where can I order individual pieces for this to build my own exact custom system as you have made?
