So when you see something way below the market price in the area, check the description of the Idealista Ad. The nicest areas in Valencia to me are: Penya Roja, Campanar, Aiora, Nou Moles, Pextina, Malilla with new buildings with the american look. Ruzafa is the favorite for American expats, to me, too much party people at night, and I usually run away when the menu are in english and sell avocado toast! 😂Because I know I'll paying a lot.
