Here they sell those in boxes so you can't test it or see what kind of toy it is before you buy it =( Just bought compact and large and compact is ok but large has pretty crappy lock thing and it feels cheap =(
Not sure...oh wait. The flag on my kayak?. It sticks up high because alot of boats dont see you. Also has a light for low light. Simply a saftey measure against boaters who dont pay attention...I was originalky in California and you need it there...lots of people who do not pay attention. Kinda like the motorcycle/ car thing.
