It really was! So rare for that to happen.
I've also found some good 'thrown back' items at my local bins. There are a lot of regulars there and it amazes me how many young people are filling up carts with clothes. I try to limit myself to the 1-2 book bins whenever I go in though, at least until my death pile is more manageable. I'm awful at listing clothing, so those pile up fast.
A lot of the young people at my bins are either tee shirt bros or are selling directly to buy sell trades

Just out of curiosity - Have you experimented with your WhatNot starting pricing to see if there is any impact?
I’ve been on whatnot for a few years now. While price is a factor, your own promotion of your show, how regular you are on the app and what you are actually selling are more important. I’ve done $1-$7 starts and the factors I mentioned were more important than the start price.
