Thank you for making this! I was playing Kirby's Epic Yarn and the little clip that keeps the strap in place was somehow the wrong way around, so that the back instead of the clip was facing towards me, unlike in the instructions. Figured out that the strap was actually just put in the wrong way (into back hole, out the bottom hole instead of in the bottom hole and out the back hole).
This video helped me fix it and now I can enjoy an incredibly tiny adjustment, that perfected it.

I've done this many times. Once you understand how to attach it, the strap is very easy to reattach and/or replace. The only thing I'd advise is to look for OEM straps whenever possible, as third party straps may often break within days, as opposed to Nintendo ones which will probably last a lifetime.
