Sumo springs, I installed a year ago front and rear on my VW Crafter, is absolutely brilliant, with excellent handling and made a huge difference in every respect !!!
LOVE THIS!! What a video - "night and day difference". Honored to be part of your journey. -Tom
Love my purchase so far. You guys have a great product. And I have been recommending it to all our drivers in the fleet. I have been looking into the super springs leaf spring replacement as well. If a sponsorship can be organized I'd love to be a part of "your" journey 😉
@@Eagle-Xpress Wow ok so I asked you earlier about an air ride kit because I know over time going long distance for a good period of time takes a rigorous toll on your suspension those black sumo springs resembles an air ride suspension great to see you did this
@@Eagle-Xpress How do you know the shippers aren't pulling a fast one on you when it comes to weight do you know the exact weight of every pallet you haul and do you have a digital weigh scale equipped on your sprinter van that can differentiate the weight of each pallet you haul ?
Will be installing my front bumpstops on my new to me 2015 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 170 in wb. Non extended.
I travel a lot with my craft installing beautiful stair railings, curved or straight. A lot of jobsites has rough driveways
Great information, I'll put this on my to-do list.
Let’s go Sumo 💪🏻
oh yea I should do a follow up video about them...its been over 6 months since ive had them on
@@Eagle-Xpress My van is my daily all-rounder as well as vanlyfe so my biggest concern is how much ride comfort I lose to gain more stability. Do the pros outweigh the cons?
I see your brake hose is against your shock with the wheel turned.
I have a 2015 and my brake hoses rubbed on the shocks and wore thin and didn't have enough stopping distance coming to a red light. Had to swerve to keep from rear ending 3 cars. Side swiped a cop car to get in front missing everyone. The median in the center of the road kept from going into oncoming traffic.
Please inspect those front brake lines 😢
How are you Sir, awesome video by the way, question what factoring company you use for your operations.. or if you have any recomendation of a good factoring company for cargo vans..
We use sunbelt finance. But if you lease on with a company that provides loads you don't need your own factoring company. That company should be paying you directly.
Hi what is your contact number "?
awesome video thanks for the idea👍
I would like to hear about expediting.
15:18 Did you ever fix your Strut? Was that the boot that is not on right?
I'll have to watch the video to figure out what you're talking about. This was so long ago.
@@Eagle-Xpress Yeah watching from my 15:18 time-stamp you can see the upper boot not fit right on the strut. It should slide over the bottom part of the strut.
Questions boss I need DOT# and MC# for go out of state to do a delivery?
Nope, I have a video about that on this channel.
Not if youre running in a cargo van anyways. If its a vehicle with a gvw over 10,000lb then you will need mc and dot displayed, and will need ELD's...but cargo vans do not require it.
I wasted money once on that type of upgrade on my express3500 and it was really bad when the van was loaded to max , the rear van would just bounce like there was no suspension at all , then I upgraded to air bag and that make a difference until you find the proper inflation . You gonna scare yourself on highway at high speed with a heavy when you feel your van bouncing around .
Maybe your rear shocks were due for replacement and that's why it did that? I have plenty of drivers who upgraded to these over the past many years and they love them...never a single complain so far. I'll do another review in a few months again. But I know for a fact shocks need to be alive when loading heavy.
Shocks were new , on a Chevy you lucky if you get 40k miles on oem shock , mine were shot at 42k miles , just one out of four had not even one inch of push back when I replaced them , the three others would not even push back a 1/4 inch once completely compressed.
Oh wow so it doesn't actually operate like the air ride kit with the extra comfort that transfers the pressure and weight in a comfortable manner?
You should have measured before you jacked it up
