I wouldn't rate the characters in the game on "power" since the game is balanced enough to give any character a chance at winning. It's more on how easy they are to use, I can punish Cell, Omega Shenron, or Baby all day using Cyborg Tao, Videl, or Tamborine. It's kinda cool winning battles that just wouldn't be possible to win in the manga or show.

What do you mean return? He technically never died. He re-incarnated himself as Piccolo Jr. If you are referring to an event that would revert Piccolo to his original self more powerful than ever than yes it would be pretty damn awesome.
How can Piccolo be born as a namekian and Tambourine as a demon? makes no sense, I know about the demon clan and stuff but why isnt Tambourine, Drum and the others also namekians since they were born the same way as piccolo?
@@ObeseMommy No, they are all Namekians it's just the terms can be interchangeable for Dragon Ball's concern. Tambourine, Drum, Piano, and Cymbal are Namekians but also called demons.

@jocktease well, since King Piccolo's HAND was the size of Tien's HEAD, it wouldn't surprise me. Granted, only the tallest namekian who can fight. Guru was bigger, but he was dying by the time we saw him in the series.
