For Cyberpunk in 4K | MAX without upsampling, even a i7-8700K should be powerful enough to fully utilize the 3090 Ti. The limiting factor here is the graphics card and not the CPU. Testing CPUs by maxing out the resolution is just weird anyways. This channel basically blows out benchmarks every hour - without much explanation. In my opinion, there is a lack of details about the setup and the results are questionable.
Not true at all, theory and reality are two different things, my 10900K is barely powerful enough, look up on CPU benchmark that will give you the real story, the closest thing to no bottleneck with the 3090 Ti is a 12900KS. They are evenly matched with the 12900KS giving 0% bottleneck. 8700K will be screaming, its capable , but you shouldn't be at over 50% cpu usage because then you're taking away resources from other parts of the computer, basically the computer is gaming fine but struggling to do anything else.

I agree! 1% is way more important for a stable experience. Also to mention in some titles the GPU wasn't even fully utilized on the 7800x3d.
