It's true! And last turn I got lucky that the 2 Japanese fighters both missed. Turn 13 was unlucky for Italy and lucky for Commonwealth, then turn 14 repeated the pattern!
I have to love the naval movement/combat system in this game. So in depth compare to axis and allies traditional naval warfare. Also the southeastern Asia front just seems pretty cool with the jungle and river penalties. One question tho, is there a way in this game to give South America any importance? Like I know some old ww2 games allow it like World at war by xeno games but I don't think I've ever seen any in gw
I agree! It's a fantastic system which is deeper than the simplistic Axis and Allies system! I love it! I don't think there are plans for getting South America more involved/active. HBG does encourage expansions, so someone might take up a South American expansion.
