Taylor, “lovely lovely Taylor,” you have become so much more relaxed and self-confident than at first, and it’s wonderful to see! Watching your videos now is like having a dear friend come sit a spell with me. I don’t mind the food analogies (said as I eat a bowl of yams while I watch). In fact, they are rather helpful visuals. Keep up the good work! Thank you for all your efforts here and with your patients. If I ever come across the pond I will be sure to come see you and Rhys!

What a wonderful improvement in your presentation skills, Taylor. Your training for the half marathon is spilling over into your video skills or maybe vice versa??!! You also are magic with the forceps ! You are more proficient with that tool than any other of your peers. Thank you for sharing this most interesting case.

If you have psoriasis in your ears or even just dry and itchy ears your doctor can prescribe Capasal shampoo which is a coal tar shampoo that works well on these issues. Using it as a shampoo and cleaning ears in shower with it is easy, or I water it down 1:4 parts water and just do ears with it when I want to use a different shampoo on my hair. Coal tar has some antibacterial properties as well as healing and moisturising dry skin too

Hi Taylor. I enjoyed your commentary on this video 😊. I’ve been wanting to ask a couple of more personal questions. I’ll completely understand if you don’t wish to answer them😊. First, I was wondering when you joined Audiology Associates? Also, I watch WILTY quite regularly and I’ve noticed that you and Rob Brydon have a very similar accent. I was wondering if you’re both from the Swansea area? Love your contributions and the care you show to your clients. Cheers Phoebe (Australia).
